It's hard to believe when I saw my test results turned negative of HSV2 after using the herbal medications I got from (Dr. Ani) a great doctor who I came across on RUclips who help people get rid of their sickness thank you so much dr.aniherbalhome1@gmail.com for your wonderful work..
She lives in London with her husband and she mentioned she wants to have kids soon I doubt she'd be available she's just visiting cause she was on tour in the States
I have to say as a natural black woman, if you love and embrace your hair the people who are attracted to you will too. That's not to say you can't switch things up with a weave, but if you hide your natural hair at all times you can't expect someone who's not used to seeing it to love and embrace it. It all starts with self-love and self acceptance!
Exactly. If people can't see your hair, how can you expect them to like it? If you only wear Indian/Asian hair, then they're going to like THAT hair and you can't get mad about that if that's the hair you choose to use. Plenty of people either like black hair or don't care and just want to find a woman they connect with. People shouldn't complain about how much society hates their hair until they really try it out.
***** So your nickname is positive vibes, yet you resist a positive message? I think you need to look deep inside yourself why that is instead of grouping women who simply have natural hair as "natural hair bitches" and fake.
Hana K it's insecurity. Sadly european standard beauty dominate the world. And in lot of black women head, ''white women'' hair is prettier, manageable and ''good hair' That's why some women were weave, wigs, extensions..etc Nothing like her underneath that it's in REALITY the most beautifull texture and hairstyles i ever seen
That's what I don't like. the hypocrisy, Loni is making it worse by cheering it on. But sad to say there is still a stigma on kinky natural hair, and we know not all men approve, especially if you dating outside your race, some men are shallow, so good for her that her husband doesn't care.
The fact that it's seen as so sweet and omg amazing for her husband not to care about seeing her without a weave says a lot about society and how we view women, particularly black women and their natural hair in this case.
eve! i miss the days when she had her sitcom. good to see her again. enjoyed her dynamic with the real ladies -- hope she comes back more, as a co-host or just as a guest.
The Real needs to realise that there are many black ladies out there thinking their natural hair isn't good enough. Videos like this, when they're acting like she was hiding something horrific. Does not help, even if it is all fun and games. Especially Loni, all her jokes about her own real hair under her wigs 'how nobody wants to see that, I'm doing you a favor.' May in fact be true for her own hair, but at the same time she knows she's a role model and people take in words even if it's a joke and reflect it on themselves. (She definatly does other things to empower black women though, I do know that) This is just the thought I have from viewing this video. Perhaps making positive jokes about natural black hair instead of it all being negatively centered will help some black ladies in their journey of self acceptance. Or for any other race of people who have this mindset of their hair not being good enough.
whenever hair topic comes up I cringe at Loni's comments/reaction. She can be so level headed yet so jacked up in the head at times it's embarrassing to watch
why does Jeannie act like there has to be a long detailed story behind every action. Eve's man seeing her without a weave is hardly a juicy story Loni damn...
Having a partner that accepts you in all your "forms" whether dolled up or rugged is very encouraging and makes you feel so appreciated. I've greeted my boyfriend in the morning in one of my dad's old, oversized shirts, my hair in like 6 chunky twists (in prep for a twist out :') ) and no bra and the first thing he's said to me is "You're so gorgeous" ^-^
I don't know how this is going to sound but why is it such a huge topic for African Americans I mean I've lived in Africa and they could care less but in the states it's like a secret or like something that is very private to them.... I notice that natural hair is starting to be praised but they still talk about weave like this, hella confusing
Its because in different parts of Africa for example in West Africa, majority of the people are black so everyone knows about weaves because everyone has the same type of hair and almost everyone wears some type of extension so there is nothing to hide. But in places like the US were there are multiple races and significantly different process used to take care of black and Caucasian hair, it is less likely for a caucasian person to know what goes on with black people's hair unless they have a close black friend (yes close!, just because you are my friend doesn't mean you get to know what goes on with my hair lol that's personal stuff).
Sadia Hasan i said West Africa. Obviously people in Somalia have a different hair type from most people in West Africa. Thats why I specified West Africa.
I dont comment often but I had to this time. EVE would be perfect for the show. It was great to see Loni more upbeat too. Who do I need to pitch to, to make this happen?
She nailed it. Certain things said and done in a relationship, let you know that you're in it for the long haul. It's been my experience that men of other races, love you in your own pure naturality and when they discover the weaves, it's not even an issue. Now, I do know that our brothers are capable and have loved us in this way, but it's rare. They tend to judge us harshly when it comes to weaves, wigs, etc.... The word Fake becomes frequently used in their vocabulary. However, they excuse female celebrities. I was married for 8 years. My husband was from the Middle East and this man saw me with long, hair, short hair, weaves, wigs, etc... and he loved me regardless. Within the last several years, I battled breast cancer and lost my hair due to chemotherapy and I watched current partner, who I now consider my roommate, do a complete 360, from claiming to love me, when I had my long lustrous hair to becoming an absolute monster of a human being, after my hair loss. It was an eye opener. But, I shouldn't have expected anything more from him. He's a black man. And I'll say again, I'm not speaking for an entire race. This has been my own personal experience. It's wonderful to be loved. But to be loved unconditionally, in your true skin, is a Beautiful thing. Hair can grow back. But a superficial jackass remains as such. I'm glad God allowed me to see him for who he really is. You go Eve! Be happy.
Me too. I lived in China teaching for a while and I am watching kids make a fortune selling us hair that they pick up off the floor and package with all the right words. It dumbfounding to me to watch this entire industry being built off our self-hate and we are not even profiting from it.
Hi Frank, I lived there. I literally watched kids who have built businesses from the ground up off of this industry. I watched kids who had nothing make newspapers in China because of their success. You can doubt all you like, but I have lived among the facts and watched it with my own eyes. The primary point of the matter is this: I am tired of seeing everyone capitalize off of black people while as a people we economically stay in the ditch.
or we can stop shaming black women in general since all women beautify themselves and many black women wear weaves as protective styles so their actual hair can grow longer. some do the same thing with braids. I think we like to control black women. I would say that what needs to stop are these DISCUSSIONS about weave. I don't bother with weave and am tired of being asked if my hair is not real because we keep telling the world all black women with more than a couple inches of hair are wearing weave. I will not bash weave wearers. but I'm also tired of hearing talk about it
Unfortunately the discussion will never stop due to racism. It has damaged us in unimaginable ways and even now there was a law passed that we can be discriminated against in the workplace for wearing dreads. I just want us to get the economic benefits out of whatever styles we decide to wear. It makes no sense that another culture can fully control something that is unequivocally black.
loving Eve on the show this week. I've still been watching since Tamar left but it just seemed like something was missing. Eve fits right in.... wish it was permanent
It's conversations like these that lay the groundwork for other races to literally look at any black woman with waist length or longer hair like a unicorn. My hair touches my butt and I've been asked on several occasions if it's real. Even when I say yes, i've been boldly asked "how? It's hard for blacks to grow hair" or "are you sure those aren't extensions?" primarily by white women as if I wouldn't know if I had a weave on my head. It's so insulting and I guarantee no woman of any other race goes through this
The same can be said about an afro. I do not like it when people dig their nasty hands in my afro because they like the way it smells or want to touch me. How does it grow question occur for curly, and comments like, 'It looks so nice when its straight.' aren't to spiffy either. It is just unawareness and gaging the standard of beauty from their limited mindset. White women/men wear weaves and have since the beginning of time. The open conversations about is what is different. We all embrace uniqueness in a different way though. I like Unicorns...#BeGreat.
Kimberly James it's not the conversations it's just sterotypes. Bc blk ppl aren't the only race that wears weaves or extensions. when those women say that to you its bc they are jealous.
Okay people I highly doubt the Producers of The Real are looking for a permanent replacement for Mrs. Tamar. But I'm loving this co-host idea it's fun and different every week!
my boyfriend's Australian and I'm always in my box braids, he hasn't seen me in my natural hair, so a month ago I went to see him in my natural hair and he didn't react differently, he did not even bring up the hair topic like "oh your natural hair" he just said you're beautiful babe.. :'( he makes me feel confident in myself, not that I wasn't before..But one time one of my braids fell out and he picked it up and gave it to me like "here babe your hair" and I took it.. We have no problems whatsoever, hair is not the highlight of our Relationship :)
Jerusha Dowdy you don't have to believe it but it's true. The majority of guys I know like their girls in sweats with a ponytail and little to no makeup. And having a weave doesn't equal long hair and vice versa. Eve has a weave and it's short. And Adrianne's hair is long but she's still wearing a weave.
Omg make eve a regular!! all the other people yall have on the show are annoying. i love eve. im fine with just the four but if i had to choose a 5th itd be eve fasure
So what is t about black women being horrified that their men see them in their natural state? With that hair texture that grows naturally out of heir heads?
Haïlié Sélassié I a Black Girl and I have always been NATURAL. I wear my natural hair proudly. But I think most people are ashamed because of bad hair experiences as kids or because they do know how to take care of it. My braids (protective hair styles) are a means to an end. I wear them because they make my Natural hair grow faster so I can embrace it even more !
The hosts get wayyyy too excited when a guest is here.. It's like they hounded her. Especially Jeannie (although she's my fav host). That's really annoying to watch. Jst let the woman tell her story. Lol AND CHILL.
Like, I've never met a guy who cares. If it's not a big deal to you however you wear your hair, it's not a big deal to them. IJS (emphasis on big deal they may ask questions, but that's just curiosity)
I'm only 16 and I personally don't like weaves period. I mean just looking at it makes me think of a horses ass. That's why I'm keeping my natural hair and hope you sistas do to because god considers us princesses so we should act and look like it #readurbible
I love that you are 16 and already have so much self pride and wisdom. You are right and I really do hope at some point black women would see that we are beautiful just as we are. Blessings to you.
"I guess we staying together" not "this is the one" 😂😂😂! Eve really does keep it REAL ! She fits right in haha
Yes, baby brother! "You ain't the one I'm looking for but you're the one who sees me assed out, so... I guess we staying together!"
It's hard to believe when I saw my test results turned negative of HSV2 after using the herbal medications I got from (Dr. Ani) a great doctor who I came across on RUclips who help people get rid of their sickness thank you so much dr.aniherbalhome1@gmail.com for your wonderful work..
Eve doesn't age!!!! She's so beautiful 😍

AlwaysAmeera Yes please get Eve!

I think we found Tamar's replacement. I like her and although I'm fine with just the four women, I think Eve would be a great asset to the show.

gigglyfitzgirl ok my thoughts exactly 💯

She lives in England now
The real have found number five. Eve is it. I love her. She is real. No holds back. She spills it. Love it.

Yes, wish they could hire her, but she lives in UK now.
Thanks ❤
I have to say as a natural black woman, if you love and embrace your hair the people who are attracted to you will too. id appreciate it if you dont give people unsolicited advice cause as sure as a weave can hide who you are natural hair bitches be fake too
*****
I'm sorry you feel that way, but it's my reality not a lie. I don't understand what's so hard to believe about it?
*****
So your nickname is positive vibes, yet you resist a positive message? I think you need to look deep inside yourself why that is instead of grouping women who simply have natural hair as "natural hair bitches" and fake.
can eve stay forever
Eve haaaaaaaaas to stay !!!!!! The girls are good and all but you can't deny the vibes she adds to the group !!!!!!!!!
Why are they acting like she's hiding something horrific...
Hana K it's insecurity. Sadly european standard beauty dominate the world.
And in lot of black women head, ''white women'' hair is prettier, manageable and ''good hair'
That's why some women were weave, wigs, extensions..etc
Nothing like her underneath that it's in REALITY the most beautifull texture and hairstyles i ever seen
Hana K that's why some women get their hair braided for the wigs
for a white man it's surprising because he's never see something like this
That's what I don't like. the hypocrisy, Loni is making it worse by cheering it on. But sad to say there is still a stigma on kinky natural hair, and we know not all men approve, especially if you dating outside your race, some men are shallow, so good for her that her husband doesn't care.
sisi d I'm aware but alot of women wear weave or wigs to protect their natural hair.
Hana K yes like Tamara who we've seen her natural hair during her entire journey
but Loni and Tamar, is like they are ashamed of what their born with
Can we keep Eve, please. I love her ❤️
The fact that it's seen as so sweet and omg amazing for her husband not to care about seeing her without a weave says a lot about society and how we view women, particularly black women and their natural hair in this case.
üü
Beauty is skin deep bot about the hair some men are so superficial they only care about looks
eve! i miss the days when she had her sitcom. good to see her again. enjoyed her dynamic with the real ladies -- hope she comes back more, as a co-host or just as a guest.

EVE as a NEW CO-HOST like if you agree

so true. she's just insecure and can't hide it. always seeking approval...
thank you. well said
whenever hair topic comes up I cringe at Loni's comments/reaction. She can be so level headed yet so jacked up in the head at times it's embarrassing to watch
You are projecting. Stop it.
We love Eve !!!! She is everything!!
love Eve! bring her back
why does Jeannie act like there has to be a long detailed story behind every action.

Eve is perfect for this show!!
damn tamera looks great
They look soo pretty
I really love Eve on the show....
I don't know how this is going to sound but why is it such a huge topic for African Americans I mean I've lived in Africa and they could care less but in the states it's like a secret or like something that is very private to them.... I notice that natural hair is starting to be praised but they still talk about weave like this, hella confusing
shums knowels I'm from east Africa n we don't care as much....
Its because in different parts of Africa for example in West Africa, majority of the people are black so everyone knows about weaves because everyone has the same type of hair and almost everyone wears some type of extension so there is nothing to hide. JMJ4life we don't wear weaves in Somalia. not saying anything is wrong with weaves but we don't really put too much into hair stuff...
shums knowels that's why I love Alicia Keys
Sadia Hasan i said West Africa. Obviously people in Somalia have a different hair type from most people in West Africa. Thats why I specified West Africa.
Ughhhh loveeeee loni's makeup sooo muchhhh their makeup artist make them look fabulous

LOVED her on the show!!!!
PLEASE KEEP EVE ON THIS SHOW PERMANENTLY!!!
I dont comment often but I had to this time. EVE would be perfect for the show. It was great to see Loni more upbeat too. Who do I need to pitch to, to make this happen?

Every'girls ,this thanks,in the World !EVE

Maximillian seems like he’s a pretty chill guy.
Eve is?A Legend

She would fit so well as the 5th host
I look forward to the day where we stop wearing weaves, and embrace our natural beauty! #DEATH2THEHAIR-HAT

I feel like ppl make natural hair such a big deal..guys don't even care omg calm down ugh..😶
#EveforRealnewhost 😍😍😍🤘🏼
my husband will sit with me for 10 hours while i get my hair braided
Eve!!😍😍
my boyfriend's Australian and I'm always in my box braids, he hasn't seen me in my natural hair, so a month ago I went to see him in my natural hair and he didn't react differently, he did not even bring up the hair topic like "oh your natural hair" he just said you're beautiful babe.. :'( he makes me feel confident in myself, not that I wasn't before..But one time one of my braids fell out and he picked it up and gave it to me like "here babe your hair" and I took it.. lmaoo."here babe your hair" lmaoo
Breanna Nouveaux hahaha!! I know! LOL
I. LOVE. HUH! LOL
Most dudes don't even want their girls wearing weaves and wigs. Every guy I know wants her to take it out/off.
Kevin Johnson well then they are selfish
Sophia N you're saying that as if only black women wear weave. I know white girls who has guys that don't like them wearing it either.
Jerusha Dowdy you don't have to believe it but it's true. The majority of guys I know like their girls in sweats with a ponytail and little to no makeup. I like Eve, but she wouldn't fit the show. She's too real for THE "REAL"... They don't like them like that. No shade.
????
Please add Eve as a host of the show, she brings a great energy to the set, but not over the top.
So is EVE the official replacement of Tamar? Or are they switching up the 5th spot every week and trying different hosts out
I'm only 16 and I personally don't like weaves period.
Like if we should have Eve join The Real!!
he would probably prefer her w/o weave
Weave as a topic again? Using airtime for this?
