Thank you sooooo much for clearing that up for me!!! I struggled with it terribly, even after watching other videos on this topic. Thank you Thank you! Thank you!
1. Thank you but, I had to change my leaders as they were attached incorrectly, some of us were raised that the “pretty side” of whatever should show, simple directions with the leaders would be great-as good as your tutorial was its among hundreds of others and was found totally by accident.
Stephanie, you're correct. The HQ Studio2 Frame loading is the same as we've shown in this video. The reason some quilters like to use the Clearview mode is because it allows long rulers to glide over the top of the front poles. It gives you more space for quilting with rulers. It's also a good mode for those who opt to "float" their quilt tops..
Hi Sally. We are showing the new HQ Gallery2 Frame in this video. It features two loading modes, standard and ClearView. The original HQ Gallery Frames have the standard loading only. Owners of the original Gallery Frame may purchase a sidearm upgrade kit if they'd like to have this new functionality. The HQ Gallery2 Frame came to market last fall (2017).
I am needing to reattach new velcro on back pole (to attach the top of my backing). Is it okay to use small screws to help secure it? I noticed, there are some screws at least on the middle pole in this demonstration.
How does this information apply to the pearl momentum frame? I’ve been wondering how to do this properly since I’ve owned my crown jewel 3 ! Thanks for clarifying.
Can you please explain what you mean by clear view loading? I don't understand what this is. My HQ fusion is 4 years old, and I don't know what type of frame was sent up here to Canada when it was purchased, and the place where I bought it has been sold to a different owner.
VICKIE HOTH It would be so much clearer if you used specific terms, instead of here or there, this and so on when demonstrating things. Why not use front pole, middle pole, back pole to be specific and provide clear explanations?

Cindy, thanks for your comment. We'll pass it along to our presenters.

Do all Gallery frames have capability of doing or going to clear view mode? If not, when did this frame come to market?
You need to contact Handiquilter, you sent to me. I am the original question about clear view.
