    Great video, I really like the content you make specially the troubleshooting videos, they are fantastic. Is there anything you can do to improve the technical editing quality of the videos though, the audio levels are really extreme, on some parts the audio is really low and others really high, sometimes it makes it hard to watch them.

    Did you eyeball the inside of the connector body for casting roughness.
    Think about if it can be done to remove the casting roughness.
    Use some 3m# 27 fiberglass cloth tape on the inside of the fitting and around the harness..

      i did used the thermal cloth tape for insulating the wires

    Sir I have also a problem of low insulation of 24 volts alarm..but during underway situation the alarm was okey..and sometimes my 24 volts insulation indicator is flactuating.. Is the low insulation indicator have a problem.?

      it depends, you should start tracing whenever it is active.

      hi, it is always depend on your country. you should check the maritime authority that governs the licensing for such profession.
