I love your creations, but not only that, I have the flue bug today and just listening to your voice makes me feel better. you have a warm, kindred spirit. bless you for all your time and patience.

This is a Great lesson. I like the idea to make in soft colors for babies or craft area or children's crayons. Maybe bead contai ers and small tools. This is a winner!!!
Loved you tutorial, easy project for winter nights. I love doing these while away in our caravan. Using these for storage boxes in my caravan. Thank you.
I absolutely love you!! I love your videos and listening to your sweet voice! Thanks so much, you've helped me to advance my skills further and further. Much love and God Bless you!!!
Regular baskets can be washed as well in warm soapy water with a brush...I have one I've washed many times that holds fruit and it looks like the first day I bought it. These instructions are for those with a natural finish...those painted or stained, might want to use cold water and brush - no soap...white vinegar can act as good cleansing agent if you'd prefer; then let them air dry. Love your work and thanks for all the help in learning new things to make with this fun yarn.
Love, love, love this! Totally brilliant idea! It's just what I need for some open storage cubbies in the master bath (since I can't find the right size baskets in any store). I can see myself making a set for a baby shower, too. I've used the same yarn to make slippers and a neck warmer and they are so toasty warm. Thank you!
Hi - love the basket. I plan to make them (stacking) for a gift. I thought, while you were doing the finishing single crochet, that it would look cute with a backward crochet. I think the backward crochet might give it a teeny bit fancier finishing touch. No big deal - these look great. Thanks. Saundra
Yolanda, another great tutorial! Thank you! I am going to make these in a buff color for my bathroom to storage extra TP and wipes. The other will be to stores extra handtowels for company. I can't wait to run out for yarn.
You can sew (weave) the tails in with the little cheap plastic needles. I knew I saved them for a reason lol and thank you for giving me the idea to whip stitch the sides together. it came out sooooo cute with the whip stitch. Just have to use the cheapy plastic needles.
I was wondering something. I had the same exact yarn as you did. That's why I made the basket. same color and everything. only difference was the size of the ball. I had the small one 100g, or 72 yds. I noticed something though. on my ball of yarn they recommended I use an 8 mm hook. on yours it's was a 6.5 mm. I used the 6.5. hmmmmm
I understand but I was just wondering why your label said 6.5 mm and mine said 8 mm. I saw it on your label and then mine said different. I know you can't tell me why lol....it's just something I happened to notice
I really enjoy all your videos...clear instructions and sweet products ! I wondered if I could made this storage container with a 3 size hook. To obtain the same size as yours, how many stitches should I make at the beginning ? Thank you very much
hi there yolanda. I made one of the boxes but my one edge ended up inside of the box. what did i do wrong? I love your videos. You're very talented. Thank you.
I made a small container making a little change in the pattern, I added 2 rows of double crochet in the middle of each side. It turned out well. Thanks a lot for you videos. How can I share pictures of my work with you?
I can't believe I never before thought to make something like this with these yarns as the Bernat Chunky is one of my all around favorites yarns! I wonder if it would be possible to work this using double strands (and larger hook) to allow for a firmer structure? I suppose there is only one sure way to find out! :D
I like this idea. But wouldn't it be easier to crochet the bottom, then single crochet all around through the back loop and do this in rounds? There would be no seaming.
Hi Yolanda. Thank you for these wonderful videos. I can't find the written pattern for container pattern. Would you please tell me where it is posted. Thanks. Jean
Didn't watch it entirely jet but I've heard that you can use sugar water (mix suger in hot water and cool) to harden yarn projects, like snowflakes for example. Maybe that works for sucht baskets as well
Hello, great video, I have the large ball of bernat blanket. Can you tell me if i can get 2 baskets out of this, I would also do a larger size? I dont want to run out, when starting another one.
Hello, I am wanting to make a "bigger" version of your cute little design. How many skeens would you suggest I use to accomplish a bigger version? I planned on ch-ing 40 instead of 20 for the front, and 20 instead of 10 for the side.
Hi Yolonda, I used a big eye plastic darning needle which comes two in a pack, this yarn threaded through without a problem. I ordered them from clover usa.com. Just FYI
Hi there, I was wondering if you could tell me where you get your crochet hook cover things...? sorry, not sure what they're called... it looks like sort of a rubbery, gummy material, that goes over where your hand sits on the crochet hook. I am from the states, but live in Germany, and I can't find them here, but will visit my family soon, and hope to buy some - not sure where to get them though, or exactly what they're called... grips? I'd love to know, thanks in advance!
I really want to make a set of 3 for my daughter who's pregnant. Can you tell me how much yarn I'll need for just one basket and I'll guesstimate the rest. Thank you,
Could you please explain how you joined the yarn when you started the sides with the handle holes? When I try to tie the knot and start the chain, the whole thread just comes through the chain.
Oh my god I don't know what to do my you too sounds don't wanna I can hear them but I can record to talk to yall and boy I need my you to because that's the only way I learn how to crochet does anybody know what I did and I already went to my sounds and everything's on but I probably did something wrong I hope I didn't break it help help

Hi Yolonda, I used a big eye plastic darning needle which comes two in a pack, this yarn threaded through without a problem. I ordered them from clover usa.com. Just FYI
