I have a Squier 60's Jazzmaster (same bridge as the Jaguar). If you want one of these guitars it's recommended to first shim the neck 0.5-1 degrees. This allows you to raise the bridge, which adds more downward force on it, solving any issues of strings going out of their slots or buzzing. After that, intonation itself takes about 30 minutes of fiddling with the bridge. It's also recommended (but in my experience, not necessary really) to use .10 gauge strings or bigger.
This tuning takes longer than learning the song. 😂 great playing.
