Thank you so much for your channel. I just started subscribing. Have (had) extremely curly hair (think biracial) my entire life until after I had kids and then my curls started to relax but the frizz remains. I usually use deva curl products in spite of their poor press and I especially like their supreme hold gel which does what it's supposed to do with my hard to hold hair. I just started using Jessie curl products at your recommendation and really like the spirilicious. What can I add for some extra hold? I live in the dry desert so thankfully I don't have to deal with humidity unlike when I was growing up in NY.
Thanks! I would add a hairspray for extra hold. Jessicurl has a good one, but people seem to really love the new Curlsmith one. I haven't tried it yet so I can't compare.
Thank you for the informational video! My hair is similar to yours, my hair: fine, medium density, doesn’t need much moisture. I use leave in sometimes but usually regret it lol unless I’m doing a different style. (Side braids or half up) do you wash hair upright or upside down?
Very informative, I’m new at this, so it helped me immensely to understand what products do what!
So glad it helps! 🤩
Thanks for the videos! These are great for us curly girls learning everything. You mentioned your hair doesn't like moisture.. how do you know?
It always gets weighed down and super soft if I deep condition or use leave in or creams.

Glad it was helpful! I wash upright but it does come out better if I wash upside down. I just don't care enough to do it.

Great information ❤
Glad you liked it
Leave-in conditioner included here but nixed as a 'don't need' products in another video - confusing
It's an optional product in the same category as creams. Most people need one.
Makes sense. Thanks for clarifying. I’m getting a lot out of the explanations.
