For 3M (HT only) + how ever extra for the other rooms....YET...since this was done pre-2012 (or by 2012)...it didn't have a 4k (native) projector or Dolby Atmos Or DTS X. Wonder if the owner has upgraded this room yet. :)) Like to see a 2018 TK HT project done. So if you have a few acres of land to play with...

Funny all the owners he has interviewed prior to the designers ,were short grey haired men while he himself looks like the quintessential central casting choice to fit into these spectacular settings.
