Sophia Shaughnessy totally agree it’s obviously been on the market for years. Now I couldn’t afford the house and the space is amazing but looking at the kitchen and bathrooms and the interior throughout it’s incredibly outdated. 15 years ago the decor would have been on trend. I dread to think how much it would all cost to bring it into 2020. Currently it’s like some bad taste Dubai/Turkish five star hotel or something that would be great for filming on Real Housewives of New Jersey
Ailovemil I don’t even wanna think about how hard that would be XD especially if you just had a big party with some friends over. You would definitely have to hire a bunch of helpers and pay them LOADS XD
I mean when you have the money to have this size of house, you have a team of house cleaners who come in weekly. At this wealth level you're not cleaning it yourself, lol. Even on a lower budget, many people have a house cleaner come in on a weekly or every other week basis, it's not particularly uncommon of a thing, I know because I at one point worked as a house cleaner, and the people I was working for weren't anywhere near Jeffrees level of rich. For this size of house I'd think it'd be a team of 12 (so split them into groups of 4, a team for each level), who'd systematically start at one end of the house, and just work their way across cleaning each room as they go, in a couple hours they'd be done cleaning the whole house would be sparkling clean and once the team gets used to the house and how to systematically get it cleaned, they'd get faster at it and learn the routines of everyone within the home (so as to not get in the way of their clients, ex. you know the client films a video at a certain time every day, so only quiet cleaning things during that time of day etc...) (I realize I put more thought into this than probably needed, suffice to say I doubt Jeffree or Nate are doing any cleaning themselves at this point)
I feel for the host, you can just tell he's thinking "look at these greedy, spoiled rich bastards...spending all this money on too much unnecessary stuff" that he has to feign impressiveness because its the job he does. And the rich folk just love to show off their wealth and the trappings within. "Look at me and what I've got, i've made it, and all this stuff I need to show others of just how much I've succeeded in life" they don't derive any real comfort from all the trappings per se, their real essence of joy stems from the amazement others declare through the nuanced jealousy perceived in the banal comments of appreciative mannerisms displayed. Like the "wow, and how much was that and how much did you pay for that, wow that's great" banality attempting to disguise jealousy fuelled dejection.
Your comment reveals a great deal about you and it seems that you are in conflict with yourself. Why did you view this video if you don't enjoy beautiful things? Why is your avatar a shiny red car if you don't savor beautiful things? Plus, the owner of this home is not actually the person doing the bragging. Why is it not possible to build beautiful home and still find comfort in it? How did you decide on that? And this homeowner added spaces to their home that include mindfulness such as the meditation room. Does your home have a space for centering the mind? Your words reveal more about you than about this homeowner. Your comments of pre-judgement do not match up with the actual situation. Just something for you to consider in your own humble, non-greedy and mindful life.
It's true what you say, the rich alway love to show their wealth. Wouldn't it just be good for someone with money to say “you know what, just because I've got the money, do I have to spend it on unnecessary things”.
+cph2004 If rich people did not buy all those unnecessary things, then a lot of hard-working middle class people would not benefit from the trickle down wealth (i.e. sale commissions and all the stuff that sales person spends their new commission on, right down to the small shop owner that is struggling and the local grocer who can hire more staff when sales are up). Is that really what you're suggesting? ...that rich people should hoard their money and *not* spread it around to support the economy? That idea doesn't seem very compassionate to the little folk who need that trickle down benefit.

And anyway, when a major company makes more profit in a single year than others, they lay staff off or make compulsory redundancies to maximise their share of the profit margins. That's your trickle down effect in practice.
Personal shoppers are NOT corporations. Your second argument is not relevant to the topic. And on the topic of "trickle down" effect, you're outright wrong... no matter how many hours of documentary you watch. (A documentary - by the way - that possibly earned considerable money for the filmmaker and/or its suppliers. Is that wrong?) Building and buying a house like this fuels a massive local economy more so than hoarding money in a bank. That is plain logistics. It's simply not possible that the local economy could *not* benefit. And even if it makes boat builders and jewellers wealthy -- why shouldn't they become wealthy from their hard work???? They work hard for their money. They can often originate from poor roots and be the first in their families to build "opportunity" for their loved ones (as is the case for my own 30-year sacrifice as a first-generation entrepreneur). It mystifies me that you think it's wrong for average people to work hard and find their relief through the sale of goods. Those suppliers also fuel the economy by hiring employees and paying taxes that would otherwise not have existed. Your comment actually proved the concept of trickle down benefit. Otherwise, how did those boat builders and jewellers get rich? They were simply born that way or blessed by magical fairies?
Elevators in homes. I see the attraction and maybe practicality if you have older people who can't do stairs. BUT!! No home has a live-in elevator servicing company. What if you're alone that night...elevator malfunctions...and you're stuck in the elevator. Air supply dwindling by the minute. What if the a/c going to the elevator shuts off? Something to think about. I'd avoid an in-home elevator. Love the wind cellar. 1M. :) Nice gym. Though you could tell it was designed for the casual fitness person. Not some one into Powerlifting. Olympic Weightlifting. Too many "machines". But it works for the owner so... Shower is too complicated. :P No million dollar home theatre room??? WaaaaAT??? :P :)) All estate homes or any well thought out home should have 3 things...HT room, well outfitted gym, and wine cellar. Great for resale value if that is in the plans.
+Alex Balogh There isn't such a human being in this world that would need so... so so much... It makes me go mad that there is so much poverty and misery in this world and most people are poor and only a few get THIS much... They don't deserve it neither do they need all of this!
U are right!!!! But, as long as poverty increase, the wealthy people like the owner of this property will always exist and there is nothing that we can do about it but to respect them. thank you
I have just seen this mansion for sale yesterday. The price is FUCKING 16.5 MILLION USD$!!! And the furniture decor or whatever is just plain ugly. Accept for the wine cellar that place is sweet.
It's too big for a one family and the style is too gloomy and lifeless, I don't like it, I don't care how much gold and diamonds you put in there or how much it costs, but it's ugly. The only places of the house I like are the wine cellar and that's it.
To think that Jeffree Star came from nothing & now owns this is amazing!!!!
I know right
This guy has the best job ever lol
Jeffree Star new home?? 🏡😍

Amazing house but it definitely needs new furniture and design touch ups

Wow ! exceptional mansion and probably need a GPS to find out the master suite !!!...

Too big and beautiful but too hard to clean the entire house 🥵

The moment where, at the end of the day, he has to come back at his home.... FUCK!
Ok why did I think that the room at 4:11 was a mini library at first 🤣🤣
What is this house name ?

How much?
The people that own these houses, I really hope they're donating some of their wealth to children/men/women in Africa...
Why? Do you donate? I mean every dollar counts, so do you? Or is it just some one else's problem?
Oh fuck off
jeffree new house
Why is jeffree's house popping up everywhere
7:47 Setup a nice TV, Dolby Atmos setup, PlayStation 5 and leave me alone to heal for say about a month or so.
Nice
million dollar rooms are cool man
Currently in the process to want to buy the house in Hidden Hills. Late friend started the process id want to end it
I wanna know who actually PAID for all this to be designed and built when all those numbers are so damn high 😱😱
Houses that cost less then a million look cool to me but what about this? Each room is more then a million.
Pretty good design, unlike shitty mansions these days. 9.1/10.
What a ripoff. Half a million for a dumb elevator? My school has 2 glass elevators, i doubt they'd pay a million bucks for that
nobody needs that much house.
