Absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to level up and be alittle more competitive cuz this is your livelihood!! Yessss for that raspberry leaf too. But have you ever tried a tea called "healthy cycle" tea? It's by the same brand of the raspberry leaf you're already taking. It has raspberry leaf in it and some other herbs that help with PMS symptoms. I'm only ever able to find it at Sprouts and on Amazon. But it works really well in my experience. And try drinking it a few days before your cycle comes.

Tip for the green juice: add a single crystal light packet or one of those other single juice packs. I get some from the Dollar Tree. It’s so much more bearable
