Just pretend like the money got missing and find a way to manage what's remaining At least by the end of the year you'll look at that account and just be happy Sincerely speaking even if it's just 5k or 10k that's there There's this joy and encouragement it brings. Mind you you need to restrict access to the account in any way you can else you'll just save for 2 months and spend then start afresh. There's this confidence that comes with knowing you have 5k to call yours but it's not part of this months salary At least should any case of life and death occur, you have something. To some people it might seem too small but to you that kept it, it's an encouragement to save more
I have a big tummy mom of five and even with girdle my big tummy is ovious I get questions like are u pregnant since I added weight after the birth of my last child my confidence level have been low cloths don't fit like they used to and my man complains that my clothes don't fit

Your body has gone through a whole lot of changes. It’s a process and you will get there. If there’s anyone who gets it, it is me and I’m here to tell you that it all starts from your mind. While working on getting to where you want to be, please embrace where you are. Ignore the naysayers, because they don’t matter in the grand scheme of things. You can start with cutting down on sodas, taking walks or just skipping. Nothing too drastic, so you don’t burn out. Most of all, love yourself through the process and everyone else will adjust. Wear clothes for your current body as well. Never forget that you are 1 of 1 and nothing can compare to those wonderful blessings God gave you. I’m rooting for you sis 🫶🏾🤗
