Did you ever figure out that rubber piece and glue thing? Had mine about a month now and still don’t know what its for. Driving me crazy!

Pretty clean job. I'm still undecided whether or not to do like you and go over rubber tray or trace, trim/notch it out so I can remove to clean. Also, looks like pressure causing it to come up at center. Having it in does it look good or bad? Would you cut it out instead so you can remove it? Thanks for video
Mine came with 2 balls monted and cf arm that I put on passenger side to avoid blocking my drivers vent.

@DIY 10-85 RAY 4 sure. Already did both. 👍 💯. Heck I might just spray glue them together instead prior to drilling/mounting. After all it's gonna be a permanent install and only dust is gonna be floating around there. Not like anyone is even gonna look or see that area. Besides don't plan on spilling anything there. Just a bit concerned about heat from sun could deteriorate the rubber? Not a big deal. Could always RnR it.
Spray glue can be a bit tricky though. Kinda like installing a phone screen protector or something. Maybe use some type of tape hinge for precision???
BTW, rollin a 2020 F350 Tremor. Been a pretty decent truck thus far aside from the spark plug wire issue on cylinder #2 @ 12k. Mainly caused by engine bay heat from towing.

I’m not watching whole video to find out what a dash mount is? What’s it for? Ford already mounted the dash.

Not watching the video you won’t get your answer to the question. Thanks for the feedback.
