    Great content man! I appreciate you taking the time to put this educational stuff together. Question: Aren't you supposed to land your joists directly on your studs or am I missing something?

      Great question! The answer is no. The reason is that the walls will almost always be longer than the ceilings, and you want to maximize board coverage to minimize joints. No reason what so ever why you would need to to land them the same.

    What method will you use to to frame around the steel,

      Harder to explain, i will show you but it will be drywall, angle and more drywall basically.

      @ConstructionKronies we use beam clips angle and drywall most of the time. Or we just frame as tight as we can

      Beam clips eh, sweet I haven't heard of those o don't think cheers! Yes or frame as tight as possible. I've even shot and drilled down angles backward for double layer or 1-5/8"
