    Does the yellow fever vaccine employ MRNA technology? What is actually in the vaccine? I’m traveling to Africa soon and yellow fever vaccine is required. I had a bad outcome with the covid vaccine because of the mRNA technology

    Thank you. I got the vaccine yesterday and feel sore in my body and flu like symptoms. Hoping it gets better from here 😊

      @selfcontroller heya! So this is what happened to me and my advice. The vaccine broke down my immune system which led to a bad tummy bud hence the sore body. I felt dizzy, and slight nausea for about a week. Could just be the bug I got. It's been two weeks and I feel great again. I suggest a good immune booster, lost of water and rest for a week.

    What foods or beverages shouldn't we consume after vaccine?

      Not allowed to eat chicken and alcohol drinks or eggs and seafood for 5 days .thats what I did when I got vaccines

      they will likely still bite you - but you are much much less likely to get the disease! :)
