I was at the game tonight and game 1. Luck had absolutely NOTHING to do with it. Pride and desire were the only variables. In both the road losses, you could feel the game favouring Vancouver whenever it lulled or was kinda even. Pickard was the only Oiler who remembered why they even came to the arena tonight. Had he not been standing on his head, I damn near would’ve wanted us to lose because I promise you, we didn’t deserve to win either of these road losses.
Pick deserved better. Frankly, the rest of the team didn’t even deserve to be in front of him tonight.
Thank you sir for the honest evaluation. This was the most dominant game of the series. Pickard has been great, compared to Skinner. Let’s not forget the Nucks goalie is an AHL guy through and through.

Corey Perry was supposed to be the playoff guy. He’s been a ghost. Foegele McLeod just doing absolutely nothing, just like the last 20 games of the season. This team is showing its true lack of depth.
