    Ever since I got off my old med I literally now experience fullness like I'll start eating a cheeseburger or something that I used to and I can't even eat half, since I don't eat basically anymore I went from like 200 to now currently around 150. I'm hoping to get back to my original weight were I felt the best and healthiest which is 130 or lower, but I'll be thankful if I make it to 135sh. I'm so happy that you are reading that's another thing I need to figure out how to be able to concentrate again, but ever since leave a toxic household I'm on my phone all the time now which I couldn't living in the household because it was considered "sinful". As a side note, Topper's eyes are so beautiful and I love how damn fluffy he is I hope to have a fluffy dog like that one day

    Maybe you would love reading books written by Eckhart Tolle, he saved my life. You're doing good Clay. You're smart and do some good self reflection. Progress isn't linear, there will be 'bad' moments or days but that's okay!

    being outside in nature and around wildlife makes me happy. I heard yoga helps with depression. your body shape looks more toned and stuff, I noticed. I'm struggling to lose fat and bulk. "flails"

      Oh yes, being outdoors definitely brightens me up as well mostly being around people since we are social creatures whether they are my friends or I’m just at the dog park with other strangers just being around other humans definitely brightens my day.
      I might have to try yoga lol I do try to meditate once in a while and I know it’s very good to meditate. It’s just nowadays we used to quick dopamine and always having a distraction. It’s actually really hard to just sit still with nothing on for even five minutes it’s crazy.

      I think the best way to lose weight is just to hit your 10,000 steps a day. Just go on a walk and start slow like that get your cardio in. You will definitely get to your fitness goal just keep being consistent and sticking with it.

      Long story short, we didn't really align. We were together for about four months, but we only saw each other on Sundays and had no communication throughout the week. She was fine with that, but I wasn't. I'm very focused on personal growth and taking care of my mental and physical health, while she is happy with her life as it is and doesn't want to change, which is perfectly fine. I believe in continuous growth and need someone who can be open and vulnerable. The closer I got to her, the more walls she had and the less we saw each other.
