As the game wore on and Miami’s discipline waned the plays started to focus on the QB and FB more and more.
Had the pleasure of watching this one on ESPN2 even out here on the west coast. Good game. A tough win!
I want to go back in time and tell at the QB "Follow Your Blocker!"
Any way you could do this with army football as well? They run flexbone also
Do you think you could a flexbone 101 on special trick plays out of that formation?
Thx for uploading!
will you be doing this for the service academies, Kennesaw State and GA Southern now that Paul Johnson has left retired?
@2:50 How could they cover the over WR (second from top) outside pre-snap and then run downfield with him?!
Obviously a mistake there. In the later plays they let him go and contain (6:02)
We ran the Over formation a lot with the 2 WRs on the same side. My understand is that the inside WR isn’t an eligible receiver. 1. Is this correct? 2. If yes, why did Miami have a corner over there?
Yes, that WR is covered up but you can still throw a screen to him and run the other receiver deep to give him space
