I got on list days after Watches and Wonders for a new model, we did get a ladies before they were scarce, was left handed, were there as a couple, were new to watches, hit it off with one of the salespeople. No BS involved, just were polite and genuinly excited. All probably worked to our advantage.

Would never pay over list for a Datejust. That one is very nice. But it's a piece to buy at list.
