After pilot testing, if your values meet the criteria then you should gather full-scale data. If the values dont meet criteria, you should adjust questionnaire items.
If one variable has 5 items available and if we delete one item for a pilot study then the rest of the tests like (univariate and multivariate and regression analysis etc.) that item have we removed to conduct a proper pilot study so what item will be added in the remaining test.(in Spss /Pls)
When we use test retest reliablity method to measure questionnaire reliable, and my research do in an instructional program for 10 patients , after do test retest and applied instructional program, are effect on results of this study as we do this on same patiens becuause the patients may rember the questions.

I do a research about Bank industry and i chose 4 banks from a specific country. it means i will distribute the questionnaire to 4 different bank. In order to do the pilot test do you think i should run the data (questionnaire) for each bank which is 4 or just choose one bank to do the pilot test. kindly need your help. Thank you

It means the items of the questionnaire are not appropriate. You have to readjust your scale.
