This video is made for persons who purchase and subscribe to Hachette's Disney Crochet Magazine series. These videos will show the complete beginner how to crochet the squares to make up the blanket as featured in the magazines.
The blanket is crocheted using UK crochet terms.
If you need any help at any point at all please comment on the video with the time of where you are stuck and I PROMISE to get back to every single comment!
Tools needed:
- 4mm crochet hook
- white, peach, black and bright red yarn included within the magazine subscription
- darning needle
- scissors or yarn cutters
- pins
Stitches you will learn/use:
- chain stitch (ch)
- double crochet (dc)
- slip stitch (ss)
- treble (tr)
- half treble crochet (htc/htr)
- double treble crochet (dtr)
- french knots
Note: I have written the patterns for the Mickey and Minnie faces myself due to the one in the magazines provided by Hachette looking really strange. Therefore this video does contain the full instructions on how to make the faces.

Ive been crocheting for 30 years and every so often i look at the odd video to try something different ive always started my circle with double crochet but much preferred this I've created many blankets with the old way but this is the way forward 😂😂 i love how there is no join 😊thank you for this❤ this will be a gift for a daughters friend 😊

I'm sorry I cannot share the pattern. As per the description of the video, this pattern does not belong to me and is just a video for the people that have purchased the Disney Crochet Magazine patterns, as to how to complete the squares. They are copyrighted patterns.
