I saw ur instagram post anfd i was like shocked It may not be my dream bike but it dies carries alot of meaning itz name is like refers to everything related to two wheeler monster Tbh it had a really good journey and it does needs a refreshment Sad to see tge old one go tho
An amazing bike to ride. I bought my 2nd generation model with the intention of selling it after a years ownership experience. That was 4 years ago and shes a keeper.
Can a small guy ride one or do you have to he really strong to handle the weight for like backing up in a parking lot or just pushing it around your garage. Once your moving it doesn’t really matter but I’ve always been kind of curious.
I believe almost anyone 5'5 and taller could maneuver the Busa. The bikes low center of gravity keeps the weight towards the ground. If it was one of those giant Harley Road glides, I would say it would be a problem lol.
FirebladePilot I had an r6 that I couldn’t roll backwards on a hill without looking completely akward. I’m 5 9 but 16 so kind of weak but I’ve got no problem with my fz07
Nicholstop : I’m 5’11 and I had no problems basically flat-footing a sportbike at a stop. The R6s are actually very steep angle for an aggressive race style of riding. I think you would enjoy a CBRs fit. You get stronger as you get older my Friend. Good luck!
So, Suzuki says it is being discontinued. Then it don't. How do they expect any type of new buyers to buy into a motorcycle corporation who don't have their shit together?
Interesting, surprising, and disappointing. Hopefully Suzuki will not cease production of their big gun, but will come out with a replacement. I don't own any bike and haven't for several years, but I follow them and enjoy watching someone with the talent putting them through their paces. I'd like to add this: Kawasaki, even though the current 'Busa will soon be history, please don't use that as an excuse to relax the standards for your wonderful '14.
Thanks for a detailed comment Spikey! Rumor is there is a new replacement or refinement for the Hayabusa. You should get a bike and enjoy the ride! Take care brother!
The "king"?..is that why in 2000 the zx12r went 205mph and the busa went 199mph and was only a hundred thousanth of a second faster in the quarter..not the king
Suzuki re-released the Katana. We’ll see the Busa again. Give it time. Suzuki won’t allow such an icon completely disappear. I personally feel it’s a money grab for the last remaining built bikes. Then we’ll see a monster emerge. Hopefully anyway.
I think you are 100% correct. Suzuki wants the public to think the Busa is disappearing forever, when they have a new and improved version on the way. Definitely a marking scheme.
Two months ago Suzuki filed for a new patent on the hayabusa name and logo, They have a shifter set up and maybe a turbo set up coming. I ride a new 14R and have rode suzuki's for 25 years. Is the king dead ? Check over your shoulder its coming for ZX14R H2Rs H2 and BMW, the busa is a small block Chevy sp watch out !

What happened to the gentleman agreement? H2 said fuk everyone. It would be nice if they did come out w new design& stomp the competition. Shouldn't worry bout if a product is to fast. Man will kill himself one way or the other. A lot of fast cars are still built today without a cage. In SoCal when a Ferrari was on the news for a crash they still went on& produce fast cars. Take back the title& come out w a top of the line product. My 2 cents
So once again false news. He said for sure Suzuki will be making a new Hayabusa , however the headline says suzuki ends production. So how the hell one makes any logic of this slop is beyond me. Why even state the fact, when the fact is so much rubbish.

Glad this an old video. Suzuki updated their exhaust and catalytic converter to meet Euro 5 requirements. I bought my 2023 Busa in late November '22 and loving it.
I saw ur instagram post anfd i was like shocked
It may not be my dream bike but it dies carries alot of meaning
itz name is like refers to everything related to two wheeler monster
Tbh it had a really good journey and it does needs a refreshment
Sad to see tge old one go tho
I agree! A refreshment is needed now! Hopefully Suzuki will redesign a new Hayabusa that will compete with the H2R.
An amazing bike to ride. I bought my 2nd generation model with the intention of selling it after a years ownership experience. That was 4 years ago and shes a keeper.
Make sure you keep that bike Bobby! It's why I own a 2017 1299 S. The last of the iconic L-twin Ducati's!
Good luck!
Love Hayabusa design of new Hayabusa should come plz your news should be true
Hopefully! As of 13 December, Suzuki announced it will continue production in the USA. Not for Europe though.
2019 New Model already launched in India. 😊
Great to hear! Thanks Gourav!
What is going to be Suzukis flagship without the busa?
Supposedly there is a redesign of the Busa coming in 2020! Also, Zuk has decided to make the Busa in the USA for 2019.
I guess my Gen2 has just become an investment!
Hopefully! Keep that bike in great shape and it could pay out in the near future!
So, Suzuki says it is being discontinued. Then it don't. How do they expect any type of new buyers to buy into a motorcycle corporation who don't have their shit together?
Well the EU is about to come crashing down soon so don't worry too much about those emission standards
hahaha. You are SOOO right Ronnie. It started with BREXIT and it's only going to get worse! 🙄
@@TheDucatiPilot We here in Hungary are perfectly fine thank you sooo... Waiting for that new BUSA! ;)
Glad to hear things are great in Hungary! That newly redesigned Busa is going to be absolutely amazing. Cheers!
If thats the case in Europe my Hayabusa will go even faster this summer.Thats for sure.
I hope so man! Crossing my fingers! Ride safe!
I wish Honda still made the Blackbird.
Me too Pernell! Did you own one in the past?
Let's wait but it more costly than the BS4
Hoping they come out with a new body style soon!!
The "king"?..is that why in 2000 the zx12r went 205mph and the busa went 199mph and was only a hundred thousanth of a second faster in the quarter..not the king
It's a catchy thumbnail title! Thanks for commenting! 😉
The King Never Dies
AMEN! LONG live the King!!!
Its still available at my place
And its cheapest in the world here
Sweet! How much in US dollars is it selling for??
Good that and the ZX14 are boats getting killed by 998 and 999's so its redundant.
Haha! Yep!
NEW BUSA on the way thoug!
I hope you are right! We need something to take on the H2R!
Bad news..
Y qué harán??
They may introduce an all-new Turbo Hayabusa to compete with the H2R.
@@TheDucatiPilot omg. Omg
LOL! Hopefully they will make an announcement soon!
Thanks for that info! Rumor is 2020 will be the all-new redesigned Hayabusa. Those other bikes will be shivering in their boots! ;)
It's an excellent touring motorcycle.. Bet none of the Americans know this fact! Put some comfortable handlebars on er and you can ride comfortably for 12-14 hours: 10-15 alpine passes on a day!
Awesome to hear! Thanks for commenting and letting us know. I have friends that swear by the Busa and will never buy another motorcycle. Cheers!
@@TheDucatiPilot your friend has every right to say that..its true! Had 10 wonderfull years in the alps with mine :-)
just traded it for a 1200 bandit..Had back operations and needed something lighter, otherwise would have kept my hayabusa as long as we lived...
It's always great to hear stories of owners that truly loved and too care of their bikes. I am the same way with my 1299 Panigale (even though it can be very uncomfortable because of the heat it puts out, lol). I hope the 1200 bandit is treating you well. Ride safe my Friend!
If a king dies..his heir will have the throne... hayabusa will be back soon...
I like that! :)
Honestly I dont know why anyone would want one...
They dont Start coming until 170mph..
I'd rather stick with the 1000cc line up..
Actually.. I'm done with bikes.. sport sedans and 4x4s are were at..
I hear ya man! I love my Panigale though. Good luck with the other vehicles, but maybe you'll come back to the BikeLife one day! Cheers!
That kind of sucks 😫😭😭😭 maybe a rename coming soon
That's the rumor Keith! A redesign to rival the H2R!
I'm not buying a hayabusa for it to be euro 4 my bike is used 1 or 2 thousand miles a year, the whole purpose reason it exists is for fun. My dailys can save the planet but when I go to my weekend toy I want pure fire. On the plus side making the new busa lame I mean euro 4 makes mine more valuable
I 100% agree with everything you said. My daily commuter is saving the earth while my weekends shred up the atmosphere! ;)
Ride safe my friend!!
Kinda sad to me
But the next generation of the bike will probably be awesome
I agree! It is sad because it's the end of a true legacy!
I hope so! Can't wait!! :)
Sad but all good things must come to an end I will have a brand new Busa before it's all over good bless Suzi
I think Suzuki is planing to release an all-new Busa next year. It will compete with the new BMW S1000RR M and the Ducati V4R. Cheers!
2019 Busa is here!
Yes!! I heard the other day!! Goodstuff!
Luckily, we still have the Gen2 Hayabusa in North America in 2020 as Euro4 is meaningless here. For now.
Very true! Let’s hope those restrictions don’t trickle over here
ALL HAIL KING BUSA! I'm actually going to miss this hideous bike lol! ;)
LOL! Yes Sir!
😭😭very sad. It was my dream bike. BUT BUSA IS THE KING. IT NEVER DIES. A new model will be relaunched between 2020 - 2022.😊
It was a great bike! I am sure a new BUSA will debut soon enough. It's going to compete with the V4R and new S1000RR.
@@TheDucatiPilot wow! Nice

Euro5 killed the harley v-rod
Yes it did. The Harley V-rod was a great and powerful bike. Do you own one?
Couldn't be much happier to see this ugly looking Bike out of production after all these years.
lol 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
what about in india ?????
India still makes the Busa! It doesn't have the same emission restrictions that Europe does.
Im sorry.... but it hasnt been the "king" in years.....
Hahaha. You can't say it's not a catchy title to this vid though! 😉
emmisions?how about those diesel fukin trucks emmisions?those are ok?
I know. It doesn't make sense at all. A lot of people don't like motorcycles and think they are a nuisance. That's why these rules are so strict towards bikes.
For what i hear 2020 its back.
I heard the same! With some modifications though. Maybe a new exhaust system.
2021 the king will be back
Yes Sir!!! I sure hope so!
@@TheDucatiPilot you will see a new one for sure! 240hp less weight, control traction... Full electronic and new redisgn... Turbo 1400cc to fight against h2
@@Nitrogenetiks That sounds bad ass! I can't wait to see the concept. Cheers!
The king? The busa was dethroned in 2006 when the zx14r came out and stomped it into the dirt. Lol yah of course I'm a 14r Rider. The 14r did everything better
hahaha! I always like to hear zx14 riders chime in! Thanks for the comment and ride safe brother!
I LOVE SUZUKI HAYABUSA SO FANTASTIC SO BOMBASTIC SO ROMANTIC ❤️
I LOVE HAYABUSA FROM PHILIPINE
It's an awesome bike! :)
It’s all bs I have a 2020 candy red HAYABUSA fact 💯💯💯💯
That’s great to hear! I made this video along time ago. Thanks for providing an update and enjoy that red Beast!
fake
my friend just brought previous month
Great to hear! Glad Hayabusa's are still being made!
This is b.s. just rest rode a 2020 today
Look at the date. I published this video over 10 months ago. It was rumored to be discontinued then. I'm glad the King is back!
I know one thing, it's ugly as sin.
LOL! No arguments here! Nice RUclips name by the way!
@Cool as Ice Those two things really don't speak to the bike's looks. People buy hayabusa's for driving in straight lines really fast.
I think it's fuck ugly but I don't like large bikes or fairings, I like naked's and Trellis frames.
I agree man. Beauty is ultimately in the eye of the beholder!
It's good seeing everyone opinion! Thanks for commenting!
@Cool as Ice. That's a great point. The Busas made into "Show" bikes can be a doozy! Especially the ones with 5 foot long swing arms. The bike in stock form doesn't look bad. Looks muscular even!
Glad it's over ugliest bike ever 😂😂😂
Bitch you can't afford it XD
LOL!
I must say, it's not the prettiest! 🤣
@@TheDucatiPilot beast is not supposed to be pretty...
