I got a blood clot in 2018.It took quite awhile for me to heal.i literally couldn't walk any without help for months. I gained 30 during that time. Then when covid hit, my doctor insisted that I don't leave my house because I also have copd and lupus. Talk about a setup for gaining weight! I pretty much became agrophobic. I still can't stand to be around people..I gained another 40 to 50 lbs during that time just mainly because I wasn't moving! But doing better now

That sounds like a horrible time. A good friend I work with in the summer had a blood clot in the leg. Thankfully he was able to make a recovery too. I was told it went from his leg all the way to his heart somehow and almost took him out. I couldn't imagine trying to recover from something like that with all the added stress. Glad you were alright. 🙏

Hey, great, you're doing carnivore. I wouldn't worry about hot sauce! May I give you some advice, ya I'm going to. Please don't feed the left over drippings and fat to the dog. 1. They can't digest it like we do. Even Shawn Baker feeds his dogs lower fat meat. 2. It causes pancreatitis in dogs. Uhh I wish i knew this sooner. You do not want that vet bill. 3. your dog looks obese (maybe not, i didn't get that good of a look at your cutie. They need to stay trim for their health and joints. Hope you don't mind. I've lost 115 this way! 🥩💥💪

Our pup is on her way out soon and I tend to somewhat clean the pan now and let her clean the rest. She's very demanding for that part. I believe my wife said she's over 100 years old km dog years and out lived every puppy she ever birthed.
Now for the hot sauce, I don't worry about it at all anymore but I do analyze the ingredient list. High fructose I'll avoid along soy or any type of vegetable oils. Some natural sugar I'll ignore because I'm not drowning my meat like a salad 😆

@BigManAlaska aww ❤️ to your dog. I rescue senior dogs, i could tell by he way she was splayed front legs that she was getting up there! My dog gets 90/10 ground beef and some Blue Ridge Raw beef. He's had pancreatitis for 6 months! Ahhhh. Finally he's getting better. Why, cuz he's eating good beef. Go figure! Keep up the great work!

@jenjabba6210 she fell out of a pick up truck in Nome and broke her hind leg. This happened before my wife and I met and she paid thousands of dollars in vet bills to glue her dog back together.
We took her out to the beach last week and she was happy to be outside. Getting her back in the van was hard even with a dog ramp.

@@jenjabba6210 we live in Anchorage and always miss Nome. Wasilla was nice too but it's so over crowded now we decided moving to the city was better. So far that's been true and our kids love it here.
