It was cleaned as well as I could clean it and the spray that I applied was also sprayed up in between her feet so that it can help to cure the dermatitis - I should’ve explained that in the video
Farmer from Kentucky here, we have about 30,000 acres full of cattle and I wish we had you around here lol. Hard to find anyone to do this work these days
I have the opposite problem. I’ve looked into doing this work where I am but, there seems to be no need for it, strange as that seems. I wish there were farms around here in need of such work.
I like watching this channel for three reasons. 1) I learn something every time 2) I enjoy watching an animal in distress walking out in much better shape 3) I always enjoy watching a professional doing their thing
I honestly think this cow had the biggest change, as far as mobility, after the trim. You could see her really struggling as the video started. She took a pretty confident first step and didnt show nearly as much pain. Well done. These are so satisfying to watch.
Does anyone else sit there worrying about how much pain the poor cow must be in and how long it will take to feel better, their such sweet gentle animals❤❤
@@Michellea-v8f I sit there and wonder how much pain they’re in but how much better they’ll feel soon. Imagine how much pain they would be in without any treatment at all. Makes me cringe that some people don’t care about there cows. Little pain huge gain.

I was thinking the same thing. You can tell that he cares about them when he's right there wanting to know what happened so he can try to keep it from happening again
She walked better than I expected considering the tremendous damage to her hoof. Thank you Graeme for sharing this with us and of course for helping this lovely girl.
I love you guys so that's why I'm bringing this issue up again. PLEASE, protect your lungs from that salicylic acid powder and those sprays you use. Your lungs are extremely sensitive even though you may not notice any immediate issues. After dealing with these chemicals for years, the damage could build up and your lungs could suffer permanent damage long term. This also goes for room deodorizers, candles and anything with a fragrance. This goes to your viewers as well. BIG HUGS!!!
Everything you said is true, even candles can cause lung problems if used often enough over years. However, the acid powder is much worse and even putting their face shields down would help some, though n95 mask would be preferred. Breathing in flour or powdered sugar can cause fluid build up in the lungs, followed by bacterial growth and bronchitis or pneumonia. The acid powder does the same thing, but also directly burns small holes in lung tissue. We all use salicylic acid to treat pimples and see the impact. Our lungs are softer than even skin in/around are genitals. So its not hard to imagine the damage done, and repeated damage will kill the lungs.
I was a 13-15 year-old girl when my 2 sisters ( both deceased) and I would watch Mr. Waters, our vet out in Pecos, Texas, clean , trim, and treat any problems with our family's horses hooves. The years were 1963-1964. Mr. Waters did an excellent job. He had such a high work ethic caring for our animals even though my profligate father ran off with Mr. Waters wife about 4 years prior to my 2 sisters and I moving to Pecos from Galveston, Texas. My evil father (I was told) hocked his wife's wedding ring in order to fund their love nest up in Ruidoso, New Mexico! Obviously my father and Mrs. Waters did return to their respective spouses. Our yearbook from that year , showed Mrs. Waters in an advertisement from the town's gas company. My beloved older sister, Linda, was Mrs. Water's assistant in the photo. Lordy, Lordy, Mr. Waters sure wasn't a man who held a grudge. Our whole family relocated to Denton, Texas in the middle of 1964. Mr. Waters continued as our family vet until we left Pecos. There probably wasn't enought for 2 vets in Pecos.

Thanks for all that you do to relieve all these girl suffering
Just wanted to say thank you for making these videos. I'm not a farmer, i just find these satifying to watch and gives me a chance to turn off my brain for a few moments. You are not just helping cows, you are helping people, like myself find abit of peace.
This is one of the biggest trims I've ever seen on this channel. Well done! I was expecting the yellow bits to come off but that's why YOU are the professional.
I got to see this but it has been pulled from RUclips as I opened it. I went spelunking and found it was back! Very happy 😊
SOY MUY FAN DE ESTE MUCHACHO Y DE SU TRABAJO, SIGO SU CANAL DESDE HACE MUCHO TIEMPO, SUCESO.!!
Skill and compassion.. a life changing combination. 🙏 ❤
You are the nicest man and the most honorable of all people who care about solving the pain of animals who look to us for hope!!!
Thanks for treating these cows
I really appreciate your dedication to the health of the cattle. It might be really interesting next time you have a serious situation that would involve a vet to bring one in to discuss the combined efforts and how you work together to ensure the cattle are cared for
Ahhhh poor girl . Looks so painful. Thank God you're there to help this girl
I have a new found respect for you and farmers, never realised so much went into cattle ❤❤
I Came across your show at the beginning of summer and for some reason it just fascinates me and I just love your humor and the way you truly care about these animals
The poor darling, my goodness 😮. You do such a great job for these beautiful beasts . Thank you from Australia
Oh bless her. You do amazing work with these lovely animals. X
Omg, I can't believe just _how much_ I love this channel. PLEASE, keep keeping them cattle safe & healthy. Thank you. ❤❤❤❤
Ps. Anyone know if he has ever done a hoof where _both_ sides were a complete mess with infection? Where does he block the hoof then? I've been digging for nearly an hour but, I all find is more great content. No answer to my question. Must be very rare? 😊
Amazing work, and i can hear in your voice the concern you have for her. Very professional indeed. Would love to see a follow-up on her.
Seeing how she stood at the start of the video to how she's able to walk afterwards, you've done a fantastic job, she must have had so much relief from your work seeing how she reacts at the start with the grinder to how she is when jobs almost done shows how you've give so much pain relief to her just by doing your job ❤
Poor dear! That hard hoof horn surely was some of the toughest material I’ve watched you trim. Hope this cow heals for a complete recovery. Glad Daniel was so concerned for her care. Hope we will see her in a recheck video ❤️🐄
Ur a good man, sir. U genuinely care about what u do for those animals.
