Good suggestions. I suggest a 4th would be a simple lightweight AR carbine in .223/5.56 with iron sights for self defense. Preferably with a 14.5 inch P&W barrel. I have a 16 inch Stag AR set up this way. I am a huge fan of the .300 BLK.

Me: 5.56, 6mm ARC 20" barrel, and suppressed 300 Blackout SBR (free stamp). 450 Bushmaster is fun.

That's really cool. I have pretty much the same set up's except my 5.56 ar has a troy alpha rail (because it's older) and a precision armament brake. Also my 5.56 and 6.5 aero (that also shoots about 3/8" at 100 gotta love those) both have Elf triggers in them. If you splurge on anything I recommend that. But I pretty have the same 300 blackout they are awesome. Again love the videos guy. I'm a true fan. Keep up the great work.

Nice video with solid comments. I have the calibers you mentioned in different barrel sizes as well as a 308. I love the grendel for hunting pigs and deer as it is a very accurate cartridge. My next move is an AR10 in 6.5 creedmoor. The only thing holding me is buying another set of dies and extras since I reload all my calibers.

Thanks for the comment! I’m hoping to put together a .308 AR10 soon, with the plan of adding a Creedmoor upper later.
