This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Live Oak Homes. The model for this home is the “Gladiator.” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,200 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

One of my biggest complaints with a lot of the mobile homes would be the water heaters stuck in a closet with only an access panel. I prefer a door and an open place to get to it. Yes, we have had to replace a couple and it needs it's own little "room".
I agree! Whoever decided to put the water heater in a bedroom closet needs to rethink their career choice lol.

I can’t see the reason for the bench area under the window in kitchen, the sink could have been in that area or more counter space, but the rest of the house is excellent done, I love the master bathroom, it’s worth it
That bench in the kitchen...LOL there is always that one that either wants to help or needs a close eye on..LOL.. the kitchen bench is AWESOME...no need for pantry
I love it. My only complaint is I would have loved to see a big walk in pantry somewhere in the kitchen. ❤

This house is very well planned. Laundry with a sink and cabinets is a great bonus. Spacious kitchen with lots of cabinets. Good choice, Chance!
Chance, I love this mobile home 🏡🏡!! It has a rustic feel!! The rooms are spread out, big, roomy, and very comfortable!! You can have this home 🏠🏡 anyway that works for you!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are fantastic!! The Living Room, Dining Room,and The Kitchen is wide open and spacious!! The Laundry Room is great, you can just hang out in there!! You are correct about the rain in Florida. It's totally crazy 🤪. Sometimes it pours intensely for a half hour, sometimes the sky spits at you for like 5 minutes. It's also very common for it to be pouring down one side of the street but not the other side. It even pours when the sky is bright and sunny. You must be coming to Florida in our rainy season when there's a daily chance of rain but you never know where. It's all because of the sea breezes coming from both sides - the Atlantic on the east and the Gulf on the west - colliding in the mid-afternoon.
I'd expand the living room and put the dining area where the den is. I'm with you though, I LOOOOVE that kitchen!!!!
It's been a couple years since I've seen this floorplan, I'm glad somebody has brought it back!
I would also prefer a floating cabinet and square sinks in the bathrooms.

The house is lovely, I would definitely make a few changes. One I will never agree with a water heater in any bedroom closets, if possible to avoid that I would upgrade to a tankless water heater if possible, two I would definitely opt out of the window seat & move the sink under the window instead, three I would ugrade to sliding doors in the den/family room instead of the windows. I love the half bath in the utility room....

Love this model! The main reason is that the entry to the main bedroom is not in the living room. The layout of this house is really nice .
My mistake about the main bedroom entrance- it’s entrance is in the living room but set off enough to be a distraction.

YES! There is a pony wall in the entry. I am not at all find of the front door opening into the living area. Even a small "foyer" is a selling point for me.
A "no sale" for me is not having a window over the kirchen sink. Every house I've lived in has/had one and I can't imagine being without it.
I’m 45 minutes from there! My sister & I would have loved to bump into you there!! We enjoy their homes there! So nice! Regarding the rain….I call it angry rain. It pours with thunder/lightning for 15-30 minutes then leaves. lol It’s crazy but it’s home. Always have an umbrella in the car because you never know here. My sister & I LOVE your videos, the walk-in pantry dances, & we both love how you say utility room….please don’t ever change that!! Jesus loves you! 🧡

That stone step for the tub is a serious safety issue. It's pretty but dangerous. But the house is beautiful though sprawling. You are right about the kitchen, Awesome 👌

I love this home, at first glance outside the home I thought, wouldn’t like it. I was wrong, one of the best layouts, I’ve seen in a while. The kitchen of course is my favorite. I like that den is off to the side of the kitchen and not the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is tucked away in a corner and I love it! I would probably change out the tub for a free standing tub instead.and put a door on the shower. Other that it nice home!!!😊
Love that kitchen. Lots of drawers and storage space. I would love to see carpet in the living room and bedroom. I don't mind linoleum in kitchens and bathrooms. Great house. I've been wondering what the name of the baby was.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the built-ins, bench in the kitchen area, the tub in the master bathroom. Also, the open shelves on either end of the island.

I love it! That stone framing for the entertainment center is the LR is killer. Love the archway to the kitchen. The colors they chose for this one are just my style. The floor plan flows very nicely! They have my favorite mirrors in the bath! Whoever thought of putting those small windows in closets was a genius. I’m with you, white gloss marble tile tor the master shower. The only other thing I’d do it no carpet. Thanks for touring this one it’s a winner!

Just so you know, we went up there from where we live outside of Gainesville and I did tell them we came back to see their inventory just because we watched your videos. The guys said they thought you were great!❤️ We're more sold in a Deer Vslley home though and there's a place that sells them in Palatka, FL that we'll probably buy from. You'd like the Mgr there. We did.

Amazing home chance
I like this kitchen. I like that the 2 living areas are both adjacent to the kitchen. They are separate yet still connected with easy flow between the rooms. Large gatherings can have separate groups yet not be completely isolated. I like that a lot. Great utility room. Thanks for another interesting tour.

Love the colors! Another great house. Where do you find all of these? Now, if you could just find one for adults. NOT EVERYONE HAS KIDS. Anybody making one with a master suite and office at both ends instead of three little bedrooms and a little bath at one end. Now, that would be something to see. All in all though the price isn't bad at all for all you get! Great job Chance..

Nice floorplan with spacious rooms. The only thing I would change is to remove that window seat out of kitchen & place my sink underneath that window. I don't want my sink in my island.

Absolutely Gorgeous home ....was there a water heater in the small bedroom closet... should not be in there... the whole home I wouldn't change anything....but we need a back deck and front porch....when you first walked in it felt comfy and cozy...❤ love the arches....Be Safe Be Blessed

Thanks for showing this home. Nice sized rooms. I would change the layout of the utility so a freezer could be added. Also eliminate the bench in the kitchen and put the sink and dishwasher there. Keep the island though. Great tour!! ❤
GREAT TOUR!!! I really love the layout of the home! I would change the window seat in the kitchen to more counter space, and remove the shiplap in the dining room. Other than that it's perfect! You always find such performing homes!

I love how the different areas are sectioned off. They could have put the sink in that space under the window so the island would be free. I would prefer brick to the wood paneling around the fireplace. Half bath & sink in the utility room! 👍Beautiful master bath & spacious closet.

I'd like to know if they could substitute large drawers instead of cabinets where the lower cabinet door are at in the kitchen. That would make it more convenient for those with a handicap and have a hard time reaching the back of a cabinet.
This us another beautiful manufactured home!
I installed my own sliding drawers inside my lower base cabinets using metal sliding drawers from Lowe’s. I was in my late 60’s at the time, and my only trouble was having to reach deep inside the cabinets to reach the back screws to tighten them.
I loved the layout of the house but didn't care fit the kitchen counter. Where the window was the seating wasn't the best. They should have extended the counter tops. Otherwise it was a beautiful home
