You should! Huge collection of under-rated restaurants in White Center, and the whole area feels like a neighborhood removed from Seattle. Take a bike across Alki for a good tour.
I saw the building while I was visiting West Seattle. It was built but not opened yet. I was curious if it was going to be sold as condos or rented as apartments. I would definitely love to live there but I have my home in the Bay Area and I refuse to move.
@ wild, but I guess that if it’s what you want -price is not a factor. I just feel like you can get way more for that out in Bellevue, Sammamish, probably even Mercer Island.
There is basically only one way to get there, ONE way. So when traffic comes to a stand still in the summer, you're just stuck there trying to get in or out. No thanks
That’s really nice. Honestly I never even considered west Seattle to live. I’ve always been about Kirkland and Bellevue

Packing our bags now!
Worth it!
Let me know how you imagine life in this home! Charcuterie and drinks on the terrace for me.

I lived in Livermore for quite a while so I know what you mean! Infinity shoreclub definitely has a vacation living feel to it.
Beautiful place. Not worth 3.3 though.
I think this one sold right around asking actually. It’s a very small, boutique building so there isn’t a lot like it to compare to.

Seattle? That's Grunge-tastic. You see, there was this style of music called 'Grunge' and all the bands were in the Seattle area...
Yeah 90’s and early 2000’s must have been a great time for music here. Still great music coming through Seattle, but idk about from.

@@eric_d4073 Now imagine when the bridge was closed. Yikes.
Cool to see this type of product being developed in the area though.
