The Airbnb owners in this country are greedy. A one bedroom in a shared house is 1500/month. You have the bedroom to yourself. Wow ! A gravel plot in the (BC) forest is $800.00/month. In 2 years the price of my haircut went from $15.00 to $30, then you get the "Look" when you don't tip. I am 65 with little hair. Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, Philippines are far cheaper and much warmer. Even the medical is better. I can't find a doctor here so I go see a nurse. Adios

I was going to say it seems like it's not close to anything but Dumaguete is only about 10 miles away. That's not a far drive by car or even motor bike. In fact, that may be preferable to actually living in Dumaguete away from the noise and crowds.

A great place to relax, write, and do a little fishing. Should you run across another place like this please let me know. I thank you for your video and time on this.

Waw. Beautiful. Worth every penny. It would've been better if the Master Bedroom had the sea-view (and not the guest room). (BTW , how far is it from the nearest highway, town center, hospital, shopping mall, police station, post-office etc?) Thanks for the video.
It's really beautiful but the problem is you have to live out in the middle of nowhere with no resources and if you don't have the infrastructure to buy a car it's going to be really difficult for you to get anything. Also she didn't mention it but when you live that far out you're going to have problems with power. Even in dumaguete the power would go out every week it seemed for an entire day
for $600, there's not much to complain about. just don't understand why the house is not oriented with the shoreline. a better fence than chainlink and a pool would be nice touches.
Hi Later this year, I plan on coming and staying in either Cebu or Dumaguette for some three months. Id like to find an apartment for my stay and I'm looking to pay between $750 and $ 1,000 a month. How would you suggest I go about finding a comfortable apartment for my 3 -month stay ??
Most houses are made of cement block and concrete....the only thing that gets damaged is the roof and maybe a window or two. However, non concrete houses can get the crap kicked out of them. Happened 2 years ago...a lot of you tube video on it.
Hi Cess. Not sure if you are a realtor. Doesn't matter. Is this property still available? Coming available? When? Other similar properties please? Is the owner interested in selling this property?
Hello, I am one of subscribers. My wife and I are American retirees living in southern Italy. I saw a video of yours from Thailand ( I think ) a while back. We plan to go there in January and February of 2024. I have a few questions for you….what is the temperature during month of January and February? What neighborhoods would you recommend in Bangkok for us in terms of hotels and etc. Lastly what other areas in Thailand would you recommend for us to visit besides Bangkok..Please note that we are in our mid sixties…thanks in advance for your help.
Bangkok can be insufferable regarding the heat & humidity during the day. Evenings ok. Pollution quite often will keep u indoors. Straight goods. Fantastic food & friendly locals. Cheers
That house would be around $1,000/month now in Dauin. They must have rented it before COVID. We looked at beachfront rentals there last summer, and there is nothing like this in Dauin, Dumaguete, or Bacong for under $850-$1,000. Prices have risen quite a bit. It does. Just came from a video with a happy polish-filippino family living for $120 home.

It's obvious you're not from the philippines. Typhoon is a way of life here. If you re the type of person who live on fear, then it's not for you.
