SST8 Class at Top Scope College
Top Scope College is proudly introducing a special ‘Selective & Scholarship Trial Test Course’ (SST8) for current Year 7 students. The SST8 course is meticulously designed to prepare students for the highly competitive entrance examinations of selective schools like Melbourne High, Mac Robertson Girl’s High, Nossal High, and Suzanne Cory High School.
Course Duration: 3.5 hours per week
Start Date: June each year
End Date: Until the selective school entrance examination
Course Structure:
Part 1:
1 week of Test & explanation + 1 week of study
2 Simulation Tests: Be ready for the scholarship tests.
Part 2:
2 weeks of Tests & explanations + 1 week of study
4 Simulation Tests: Be ready for the selective high school test.
Writing Test: Every week
The course covers six areas, focusing on Verbal & Numerical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension & Maths, Creative Writing & Analytical Writing. Each trial test closely mirrors the format of real tests to ensure students are well-prepared. Our advanced computerized marking system provides timely results, with result papers distributed every other week. Please note that trial test papers must remain in the classroom.
