i was in this hotel in November, it was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, they told me it was disabled friendly it was far from it every were you went had steps, the lift was too small my wheelchair would not fit in it, the rooms were dirty , the balcony never got cleaned in the 10 days i was there, it was covered in pigeon crap , the pool was thilfy , you could see all the scum and dead skin on the surface, the tiles were dirty with black scum what looked like it had been there for months. the only good thing about the room was the large size of it.
Hi Kandy, It's an Apartment in a hotel complex - I'd recommed Coral Hotel Group in Tenerife, we've stayed in 4 different Coral Hotels so far and they've all been of a good standard. I hope this helps.
