My wife and li had a week there
No complaints whatsoever had a great time
Even a free shuttle to town and the market on Sunday.

Is there any outside seating for the buffet restaurant? I can’t bare sitting inside when abroad 😂

Hi would you recommend all inclusive or is half board good enough. Off with a baby an 8 Yr old and a teen, myself and partner don't drink. Thanks
We did half board and found it plenty. There was the option of paying for a drinks package where you got 2 drinks with dinner which was just right for us. However, we didn’t have a hungry teenager with us!
what is it like for a 2 year old? any tips on room types? not been los cris before only stayed adeje and las americas.
We don’t travel with children but from what I saw there was a good kids club and mini disco. The main pool was sloped to get into at the shallow end which was good for children, but I don’t remember a specific children’s pool. I can’t really comment on rooms too much other than ours which was the sea view suite, sorry.
Is it possible to be cheeky and just walk into the pool area without having to pay the 33 euros per person?
It’s gated with access through room keys for hotel guests, and I guess they give you a card for access if you pay the 33 euros. I can’t see how you’d get in without it.
Is this hotel suitable for someone is disabled?
I went with my elderly parents who aren’t disabled but have less mobility and we found it really good. I wouldn’t like to say if it’s suitable for wheelchair users as this wasn’t something we required. I would suggest contacting the hotel directly. I found them excellent with communication. When I asked for a room close to the lift we got a room directly opposite. Sorry I can’t be more help.
