But houses in alleys in Vietnamese cities usually cost from 120 thousand dollars or more depending on the area and location! Clearing land for road expansion takes a lot of time and money because the government and the people cannot negotiate the compensation price. The compensation price usually accounts for 70-80% of the project value! Vietnamese people do not like to live in apartments. If given a choice, very few people choose to live in apartments!
