I've really enjoyed your shows and reviews. Picked up a Cymatic after your review and I just love it. I don't think this type of board would have made it on my radar, so thanks for the great review that pushed me to think about it and ultimately buy it. Paired it with Machado Future Quad fins which I think work terrific.
@@surfnshowreviews7777 Hi Noel it's Nov 28th in Bristol England. I live in Woolacombe which is a Surf village in North Devon two hour's drive South West of Bristol. Welcome any time.
Great vid! I live here in Texas and just picked up a DHD DX1 phase 3! Went custom though and instead of going 5'10" for my normal volume I went 5'8.5" x 19 1/4 x 2 7/16. Super helpful that you mentioned that about the length there!
The boards look good under your feet noel but to me the no brainer really looked fast and zippy kinda like my style good flow too. Thanx again for all your input 🤙
Mate! Ive had my heart set on a Fever for quite some time and now seeing u in the pool has got me looking at that Uber Driver! U were shredding on that thing. - what would u recommend outta the 2 for average 2-4foot surf as an everyday board? Keeping in mind I will probably get both though haha. Awesome stuff man! Yewwwww
Noel, I need your opinion about one issue, some days after intense sessions I feel stress fractures on my rips, the lower part of the chest that keeps me away from surfing for at least a week or so. I had no problem like this before but it becomes frequent lately. Do you suggest any kind of protection or technique that prevent this kind of minor injuries? All the best…
Hehe as I recall I called it on the Astropop :) -- I did pick up a Sharpeye Modern 2 yesterday at a great deal but the Astropop was it's main contender in my search. Do you think those two are really similar or is there something specific that sets them apart? Outline is it seems and maybe rocker and foam distribution too.
Monstabox HYFI 2020 easyrider or Neckbeard 2 PU at BSR? Both with shipping factored in come in around same price for me and around the same dims. Does MB grovel ok at waist to chest + mush waves?

Hi Nole have you tried the john john fins much and how you like them? The medium is similar to the k3 side fin template in fcs. These are my favorite fins at moment. Regards
@@surfnshowreviews7777 ok i got the olriginal jj fins with blue and yellow strips. they seem pretty flexy. Mabey the newer versions are stiffer? I guess i been surfing them morte in powerful waves so they feel good. Mabey different in summer i guess or if its tiny. Regards
I'm interest in the MR. Interestingly I noticed that you seem to be mostly driving from the front foot with the MR.Understandably because of the fin configuration and it being a twinny. It would be good to hear your comments in this regard as compared with a thruster where you can drive both front and particularly back foot.
This is better than stab in the dark
Your show is next level Noel! Appreciate the work you guys put in!!

This channel is so very helpful!! Thank you very much!!

It's good you've pointed straight out the board that works best for you and the type of surfing you like to do.
Man you were shredding that place, made surfing there look easy when it’s not that easy lol

Front foot traction or wax

Luke Mitchell I will drop that Vlog next....
Awesome episode!! What is the upper limit of the uber driver xl?
charlie wagner Roughly 4’ surf... has a full rail so it might get a little hard to bury in bigger waves with a bunch of speed.

Hi. Have you ever done a board review on lib tech boards? Are they good?
ryan reyes No Sorry.... I hear their durable.
I've had a Lost Lib Puddle Jumper for 8 months. Works good...actually feels PU ish.
they feel super heavy though?
CW Rodriguez Not sure about the weight
CW - probably yes, but I haven't it found to be limiting...not too heavy
I'm surprised you didn't take the cymatic
Miguel Marquina The Cymatic will go good there too
