This is wild to see you set a goal for 10,000 but to see you at 20.5K. I found your videos like 2 weeks ago and it's inspired my husband and I to expand our web design business. Thank you so much for all of this information! When we first started last year I was so lost on what to do and just decided to start and now I find your videos at the perfect time to expand what we are doing after getting a few clients done. Truly a huge help to us!
Anna, your content and attitude are life changing. It helped me gain so much more confidence as a new freelancer, spot gaps in my knowledge and begin to create a process that helps both me and my clients. You've saved me months if not years of my life - thank you.
My plan for this year is to get myself in a better position to do web development as my main source of income (at the moment it's very much an "on the side for people i know" kind of thing) and this looks very helpful. Looking forward to seeing the rest. Thank you for the time and effort you spent on doing this.
People like you are just wonderful. I bought your web design templates a few months ago and they more than worth the price. I'm happy to be a witness to your successful journey. Keep it up!
Your offer should depend on how much the average order the client is charging their customer! What an absolute nugget. I just did a website for a tech company who’s brining in multi million clients. Now I feel like I charged way less 😅
Really amazing to see your content. As a web designer and dveloper I have also a plan to create an agency. Getting related clients and managing them is one of the most important things in this sector. Hope you will make more videos in Getting and Managing clients... Thanks

It's obvious right from the start when someone is giving you an submission. Anna, thank you for sharing with me your million dollar strategies for free 🎉🎉.
This sounds like great information but I don't have any design skills to create a business around. Can you make a video about how to learn web/brand design?
The tech industry is a bloodbath of mass layoffs, outsourcing, and AI replacements. The auto repair industry, on the other hand, is the polar opposite. Even if you're a service writer and not a mechanic, you're guaranteed to have an endless supply of work and a secure job, and the work comes to you.
I have a question about the niche topic, I am happy about every opinion I can get. So you said find a niche and be an expert in it, which makes totally sense. I like to design the overall corporate identity of companies and especially webdesign. But for a good webdesign there is a need for a styleguide/branding guideline. So I approached it this way. I put the webpart into the center and tell i offer everything about the web, which means: branding (build color palette to build web on, logo which can be used on the website), Image/Photo Editing for creating images for the web, Videos, which can be used in the hero section and even 3D-Models, which can be build into websites (3d-models are kind of our hobbyhorse). What do you think about this approach? Is it to broad? Does it not appear professional (mentioning your sushi example)? I also want to add, that sometimes for companies it is convenient to get everything out of one hand, meaning they dont need to find a photographer, the dont need to find an animator for the video on the hero section, they get everything out of one hand, which is a selling point. Isn't that the purpose of an agency in some way? I'm curious about your opinions and would be happy to read some.
Anna, I just watched your incredible RUclips video on the web design course - huge appreciation for your efforts and detailed insights! Your dedication is truly commendable. Excited and hopeful that 2024 is my year for growth. Quick question: You mentioned using Framer in the course, which is awesome! Will you also be covering SEO aspects within the Framer tool? Looking forward to diving into the course! 🚀
Hi Anna, Thank you so much for these amazing videos, super helpful and clear. I'm wondering , if you can share about other types of retainer services for web design? I also heard about lead generation retainer, is there such a thing? Thank you!
Thank you for the information about freelance business. I am also a web developer along with web design skills. I would like to start my own business can you please guide me? Thanks Omar.
Hi! First of all thanks for the videos, it's really helpful! I just have a doubt. You're not doing the actual development of the website, you're just providing the design to then a developer develop the website for them right?
Anna, thank you! Your content is gold. Your presentation so info-packed. I've NEVER heard aynone express this so succinctly: "The best strategy for building a brand online is, **give away everything you know for free, and sell the implementation**. - Anna Hickman You're really helping me out - 11 years off-and-on web designer/software developer, but I've never systematized my stack or processes, and as a result, never been able to get real traction as a freelancer/"agency". Now, with the amazing work you've put in and generosity in sharing your process, I am confident I can finally convert my good set of skills into much greater value in the marketplace. P.s. I'm homeschooling my daughter, 10 years old, she's really into visual & web design now and she LOVES your content also!
Hi Anna, Well done and Thank you so much for the great guidance. I am trying to start my web design business. However, I do not use any no-code solutions. Do I have to learn any? Do clients, sometimes dictate the technologies I am supposed to use? Also, the local market for web-dev services is not wide here. What is your advice on how I can land clients in other places or even countries?
