I’ve watched so many TOP reactions and you are the only one who caught the nose bleed check in the beginning. Also, my opinion, Josh represents Anxiety (he has it pretty bad) and that’s why he’s running and Tyler represents depression. They both suffer from both…. And yes, it’s the right video. Their live videos are insane.

This is the right video. You never know what you are going to get from a Twenty One Pilots song. They have a Twenty One Pilots' sound, but each of the songs are so different. As in his other songs, Tyler is literally talking about a migraine, but is figuratively talking about anxiety and depression. For the record, I also suffer from migraines. I have since the age of 12. I am lucky though, because Excedrin works for me and will kick it out. Regular aspirin or ibuprofen does not work at all. Hot compresses on the head and/or forehead helps until the Excedrin kicks in.
Same for me.. but I discover it at age 9 while playing sports wen my nose suddenly start bleeding

It’s really hard to pick a favorite song by twenty one pilots.. I like some more for the vocals, some the music, some the screams, some live. But then some the lyrics, this is definitely up on that list.. enjoying the journey

I was diagnosed with chronic daily migraines over 20 years ago and all the other TOP fans talk about it being about it being about anxiety and depression, but what they don't understand is that migraines cause that crap to happen.
Yep.. migraine have a way of making you feel depress and anxiety etc..if yain strong it will make you want to quit
My interpretation is the "Migraine" is a metaphor for his violent thoughts of suicide/ darkness, but that's what's great about Tyler, he writes so good, it can mean several different things, it's literally open to interpretation.
It can mean alot for real I personally can see many things can relate to this but everything he speaks on I've being going through myself from migraine so I knows it hits hard on that

i've never experienced a migraine but my mum did and it seemed terrible-sorry you get them!
i think tyler is using the migraine as a metaphor for mental health issues like anziety/depression ect. this was one of the first songs of theirs I fell in love with, love how bouncy and fun it sounds while dealing with such a serious subject and also the fact that the song actually offers hope for those dealing with dark thoughts, to take pride in the fact that you've kept living and persevering through hard times and to remember that there are things you can do to fight against those thoughts
Yep it ain't easy at all, I've blank out so many times from it end up hospitalized..but am here an thankful.. the song is very powerful
When you think about it a lot of their songs the lyrics are so sad but the beat and and the music is the opposite and that’s why i love them they deliver so well
