and if you add some water and then crack a glow stick, activate it, then break it and empty the liquid into the bottle, then pressurise it, and you get a cloud of glowing liquid when you pop it.
drill you a nice big hole in the lid fill it with the red gasket maker nice and thick and you can do the same thing to about 15 psi one tube of that gasket maker probably cost less than these caps do per package and will make 100 times more bottle popper things lol it's also very fun to do with flammible gas though you will need to leave an ignition source near the target

I did something like this when my kids were younger and learning to shoot I filled balloons and tacked them to a piece of cardboard and as they got better the balloons got smaller until they were shooting inflated water balloons

You could always do what I've been doing for years. Drill a hole in any cap and pull a tire valve stem through it. Get a 5 pack at any car part store.
