Before "RDP Star in Yellow" came out, this was the episode that made me sad... sad that RDP was coming to an end. So much effort had been put in here. Aside from the comedy (which was great and well-timed, as usual), there was actual atmosphere. This is still my favorite out of the series.
...yes...yeES...YES! Also, man...ya gotta talk about Zecora potential. They didn't want to do Zecora without Smeg, but Smeg moved away. I miss Smeg, but he transcended into the ethereal dimension...I think. It's hard to keep track of that guy nowadays. But at least his switch is still mesmerizes both Greg and Allen. And those pills Pinkie kept trying to slip in were date-rape pills. I guess, roofies and what not. They were trying to hammer it in at this point that Pinkie wants to sleep with Twilight. Pinkie wanting to get with Twilight will somewhat become a reoccurring thing. I'd wager it's because in the later episodes Pinkie and Twilight are just constantly hanging out all the time. Also no, C'thulhu didn't possess Twilight. It's a cosmic parasite that's using Twilight's power to lure a Star God to Equestria so it can be devoured and begin it's reproductive cycle within the lower intestine of it and create more of its unholy and grotesque spawn. And of course Thrackerzod, with Twilight apparently have signed a contract (wittingly or not) to give her blood to Azathoth so the Blind Idiot God may be appeased with her magic, but if she were to get eaten by a Star God....then yeah, that contract isn't getting fulfilled. And unless you're willing to shift through hours of delectably maddening knowledge, it'll be quite the feat to read through Lovecraftian mythos. There's so much information to read up on. The only subtext I seem to have picked up on is that either Twilight or Luna is a segregationist. What with the whole "time you separated the big rocks from the little rocks, you are such a bigot". Or maybe Luna is going mad and thinks rocks have thoughts and opinions while Twilight was tending a rock garden or doing some sort of game or logic puzzle or something. And as far as the "catacombs" are concerned. Hehhehheh...you'll have to see the promo vid for "Equestrian Primates" to catch a hint at what's down there. Final question, I don't know if I asked this of you. But are you also gonna be doing any of the shorts they did? Those are pretty great. DinkieSharkFighter, the stuff with Aurora, Budget Impasse, and Alicorn Day are just amazing.
+NumbingDisasterAnon Okay, so opposing demonic forces, hmm. So how does Cthulu fit in then? Was he just made up within the book world and doesn't actually exist? Come to think of it, how the heck did Thrackerzod even get into the book world in the first place? He didn't get pulled in with the others at the beginning. Does he have the power to jump across dimensional barriers or something? That big rocks/little rocks thing was weird, forgot to comment on that. I also hoped to get some comments on Twilight's altered cutie mark, the bedroom with the creepy mountain of stuffed animals, and the fact that she had turned into a filly while walking down the creepy hall. Just so much going on, seemed like there was symbolism all over the place I was missing. Oh well, maybe future episodes will reveal more info. I'll have to see about the shorts, focusing on getting through the main episodes right now.
+Bill Erak Dragón Dorado Hey man, haven't seen you in a while, welcome back! I do still have Turnabout Storm on my list, but I think I need to get some background on that before I watch it, because I know enough to know I'm not familiar with the content it's based on.
i like this episode, but if you thought this one was good, they saved the absolute best two for last. i cant wait for you to watch "my little dashie" and "bittersweet." they are just hilarious, start to finish. and after you finish those, i second going back and watching the other petirep animated shorts before beginning the "negative m.a.s." series
This is a fun episode, and i like Rarity but she is near the bottom of my mane 6 list, and I still laugh at the part when Applejack gives her a black eye, nice reaction.
+Apple Joy Hehe, yep, I have to agree that was one of the best parts of this episode! FWIW though, even though Rarity is still my least favorite, I've gained a reasonable respect for her in canon. I still think she has some significant character flaws that need to be worked on, but due to reading a particular fanfic, I can now see some of the reasons why she might be the way she is. Granted, fanfics aren't canon, but just being able to understand the possible reasons behind certain personality traits helps a lot. It's too easy to take characters (and people) at face value without fully understanding why they are the way they are. I do that far too often myself, and am trying to stop doing that, but it's not easy.
+Applegeek Don't t get me wrong but I do respect Rarity's character, and she has had some good moments in the past seasons, but I really like her interactions with Applejack, and to me those two paired together have had some really good moments together, especially from the episodes like Simple Ways , and Made in Manehatten.
+Apple Joy Yeah, season 5 gave Rarity a lot of character development. Just wish I could say the same for Applejack. The Mane Attraction was awesome of course, pretty much the best AJ episode to date, but it was right at the end of the season. Oh well, season 6 will be here soon enough.
+Applegeek i agree The Man Attraction was Applejack's best episode but, she needs some more development I feel the writers missed some good opportunities to talk about AJ's parents I mean her parents were finally mentioned and we seen her birth certificate I don't know maybe there be more on it in season 6, but Applejack needs to be in the spot light more.
Personally, I find several scenes in RD: Presents to be extremely offensive. You're a family-friendly reactor, right? Please don't react to this kind of content anymore.

Your reaction to Applejack punching Rarity; that was great. XD. You're whole reaction to this was great. XD.

About Twilights cutie mark, I'm not certain but I believe that it grows with every realm that she conquers.
The macarena line got me too lol
If you look back, Pinkie was hitting on Twilight. So, she put roofies in her drink. In MAS ep. 12 Pinkie said she was lesbian.
+NightShade94 Wow, I'm dense, completely missed that connection. Makes sense now.
I'm subscribed to a lot of people thank you for being the only one that uploaded a video this week
+Ian Lauthner Heh, glad I filled the void for you. :D
Man i watched all the reactions in a marathon and gosh they're hilarious xD.
Hope that when you end this series you start with Turnabout Storm.
+Bill Erak Dragón Dorado oh yes, Turnabout Storm is one of the best things i've seen from the fandom

Applegeek, do not worry, they give you enough background to understand it. That's why is the perfect crossover.
Yeah! ^_^ can never get enough turnabout storm!
I love Spike and Rainbow Dash in these videos and I feel really bad for Fluttershy
Pinkie wants to have some fun with twili upstairs and she forgot to invite me

+john smith I'll get to them when I can. Looks like the next episode is a shortie, so I should be able to do that fairly soon.
+Applegeek Oh shit, that means it's "A Beautiful Day in Equestria", hell yeah can't wait for that one.
Was pinkie pie residing the pee-wee genie wish chant?
Pinkie pie basically just Is trying to drug twilight
