Hey , Um small diver just starting to fall in love with diving. Could you do a video on what you need , How to be prepared and any tips and tricks that could help beginners. How to catch cray , how to hold breath longer ? love the channel.
Hey bro Adam Stern covers all the breath hold and equalisation in depth really well. He's a world champ free diver and sometimes spearfishes but you can also find spearfishing and cray tips all over yt
Youll see Ollie pull his snorkel out when diving. Its best practice in case of blackouts. You dont want to be floating on the surface choking on water in your snorkel. Go practice at the pools and learn your limits. Try taking 3 big breathes before diving down. Relax and cruise. If your coming up hyperventilating your body is near its limit and your risking blackout.
Nice one Ollie, love the vids- as a kiwi stuck overseas it makes me very homesick! Love the positive message you put out there too man, it’s not about bagging as many fish as you can, spearos and fishermen need to be stewards of the ocean. Keep it up man and keep those spots close to your chest!
Great to see you back out on the kayak Ollie. You are so right.. sometimes you get so much more in tune with the under water world when you aren't focusing so much on shooting something.. what amazes me, Is the more chilled you are.. the fish literally swim up to your face..
@@olliecraig-primalpursuit I'm getting my kayak out for the second time this summer tomorrow. No diving for me tho. I'll just have a fish and watch you 😉
