I can change these without taking the lid off and turning it upside down , don't have time for all that lol i also don't take the side screws out all the way saves a bunch of trouble trying to get em back in
i have a request please ... I am a repair tech like yourself and repair the HP 500 and 600 fryers everyday .. The job i hate most is replacing the pilot light / ignition assembly ... which do you do...... unscrew the 2 Philips head screws or the 2 bolts .. both are frustrating as hell lol how do you do it .. video would be great . thanks Nick
