Hello, my name is Fernando and I´m from Spain. Sorry because my english is bad. I would like to write in Chinese language, but I can´t. I hope you can understand me.
I write because long time ago I´m looking Videos, or books about Huashan 华山. Specially I´m looking for "Ancient Daoist Huashan Exercises" 华山道教古演习
Because in Spain is impossible to find anything about "Ancient Daoist Huashan Exercises". Here you only can find indian yoga (I´m not interested in indian yoga. I don´t like it. I prefere Ancient and traditional Chinese culture, because Ancient Chinese culture is very interesting for me. I love and enjoy Ancient Chinese culture).
Do you know where I could find videos about 华山道教古演习
I know one taoist grandmaster called Bian Zhizhong, who wrote some books about "Ancient Huashan Exercises":
    -Daoist health preservation exercises.
    -A taoist guide to longevity.
Do you know where I could download?
I know some great grandmaster which comes from Huashan. I say some names:
-Grandmaster Cai Yixian 17th generation of Huashan sect successor.
-Grandmaster Feng Liliang 18th generation of Huashan sect successor.
-Grandmaster Bian Zhizhong 19 th generation of Huashan sect succesor.
-And specially Great Grandmaster from huashan Chen Tuan (who lived centuries ago).
Please, Can you help me? In Spain are living many Chinese people, I asked them about "Ancient Daoist Huashan Exercises" (华山道教古演习), but anybody know what I´m talking about.
    Good bye from Spain.

Huashan just means "yellow mountain" the exercises you are talking about (Chen Tuan) are usually associated with the following:
Look up the following on youtube:
      The Taiji Ruler Exercises
      The 24 Daoyin Exercises
he is also supposed to have created
LiuHeBaFa (Six Harmonies Eight Methods) style of martial arts.
      Hope this helps.

budem písať po slovensky daj si to do translatora. huashan quanzhen línie používajú hodne dao yin cviky. Špecifická je hlavne Xian tian Wu ji men odnož ktorú učí iba Eva Wong a v Európe v Nemecku. Hľadaj a maj srdce a nájdeš. Samotné čínske dao yin cviky pracujú z sebamasáže, ťahania krútenia šliach a svalov, dýchania a cun xi vedenia zámeru. postup je automasáže, ťahanie, krútenia z dychom, posilňovanie, pai da búchanie a čistenie dráh. enjoy and fun.

In the second exercise it looks like that the active, pulling sideways, arm is always the right one, wether it is on the top or at the bottom. Is this a requirement of the exercise?

Iason Rotas HI Iason, no, the positions should be same in both directions. To explain this I must say, uncle Ge is one of long time dictiple of GM Zhang Baoyang, he follows him from youth, but he late got the injury in an accident, he has no one finger and his one hand is a little bit invalid. This is the most correct 16 exercises by my master Du Fukun (unfortunatelly only in Czech language :-)) It is most original performance, since my master learned it directly from his GM Wang Jiiwu xingyiquan.wz.cz/texts-cz/shiliu_p-cz.htm enjoy!

@@rickrolledtruth5834Check out Tim Cartmell’s book on Xingyi Neigong. It has a lot of explanations and great pictures. He also has some videos up on RUclips and I recently also listened to a great podcast where he discusses many neigong details.

Thank you for posting. It seems some of the practitioners postures are out of integrity where the internal aspects of the movements are broken. Great exercises though if done with care and intention.

This looks like somebody recorded the routine to help their student. Not really a proper demonstration.

      It is only video ofnset extant which shows many subtle points not covered in book or other vids;
Such as the speed in #1 and using physical momentum. Or the quick release down to the ground of #9.
If one knows the basic movements already this video is a treasure, despite it being a likely student demo as you properly point out.
