I enjoy the backyard videos just as much as the deep dropping & spearing adventure’s. Way to mix it up and a nice way to spend the day off with good company.

The deep sea stuff is Aaron’s bread and butter but you have to love the backcountry videos. Give the video a like if you haven’t already. And yes definitely great company. Cheers.

A few suggestions:
- if you very carefully ladeled out the broth when it's done and did not disrupt the the fish/veggies, the broth would be clear. Good technique and aesthetically pleasing. After you removed the first batch of broth you could probably add water back and make another round. If you added in some lobster shells or shrimp shells your broth would be even better/ more complex.
- with some of the excess broth, put it back in the pot and reduce it by like 80%. Then take this remaining very concentrated broth and put it in ice cube trays and freeze. Use a cube or two to flavor sauces, rice, etc. (fra diavolo for example) The layers and intensity of flavor by adding the concentrate will blow you away. Lasts a long time in the freezer.

There’s something about the steer-by-lever set-up on that skiff, and skewering the mud with that pick, that makes it seem more serious than a sissy-arsed steering wheel get-up. It seems more like a backhoe than a kombie van hay. Bloody awesome content mate.

Hey everyone, please pray for some people that were involved in a boating collision in Savannah, GA on Friday. There were nine people involved, 5 have been found deceased, two are in the hospital, and two are still missing. There was a young girl who lost her mother, father, and two older brothers in the accident. This happened when there were a lot of boats out on the water, so please be safe and keep these people in your prayers. 😣🙏

A good way to strain your stock or broth is to get a stock pot with a drain spigot on the bottom. Let it gravity feed down through a strainer to another pot. Just a bit easier. Soup looks good and rich. Love that you utilize the whole fish.

Congrats to Madeline new career. I love the mangrove dives and spear fishing. It does remind me of the South Pacific, specifically The Island of Yap where I was born. It was my most memorable moments as a kid, playing with my friends and fishing the mangroves. Yep, mangrove snappers. Delicious.

Of course, you can always add more too it. I add green peppers and fresh herbs to mine. When I lived in the Bahamas I learned to add scotch bonnet peppers and canned tomatoes. Oh lord!! Great job man!

Looks awesome. I make mine with grouper heads or golden tile heads. Once I strain the broth I add carrots, potatoes, celery & noodles. Comes out great

I love this kind of video. I dig the big offshore stuff too but this was super cool. Exactly what I would want to do if I were there. Truthfully the majority of the underwater shots were amazing. I think the second camera is a big help. I really like the little boat too.
