- What's up, guys! Hiring season na ulit! Marami nang Airlines ang nag ha-hire ng mga bagong Flight Attendants katulad ng Philippine Airlines (PAL International o PAL Express), AirAsia, Emirates, Etihad, Qatar, Royal Air, Korean Air, Sunlight Air, Flyadeal, etc. At para sa video natin ngayon, mag bibigay ako ng tips at ilang mga advice para makapasa kayo sa Cabin Crew Open Day Assessment ng Cebu Pacific ngayong August 17, 2024 sa SMX Convention Center sa Bacolod City

You are eligible to apply if you meet the below basic qualifications and skills/qualities required:
• Must have finished at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
• Preferably has previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualified.
• Must meet the minimum height requirement of 5'3 for females, and 5'7 for males; and a reach test of 210 cm.
• Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew may also apply.
• Open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only
• Must be proficient in Filipino and English language.
• Must be physically fit to undergo the training and perform the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
• Must have a customer-centric mindset.
• Must possess confidence and creativity in problem solving.
• Willing to be based outside of Manila, if necessary.

Does it have to be black shoes or pwede rubber? Hindi kasi sya stated, wala rin kasi ako black shoes eh baka yun ang required.
Hii! Yes, as much as possible dapat black leather shoes. If wala sa budget, pwede yung EasySoft na shoes, mura lang din yon sa SM Dept. Store :)

Hi! Have you seen anyone from females wearing different color of blazer instead of the usual black? Say, grey or printed? The email doesn't say any specific color to wear so I'm assuming they'd be OK with wearing any color for as long as it's blazer/jacket? Thanks, your video was a great help btw!

Hiii I think ok lang naman but better if wala kasi baka icheck nila and ipa tanggal yung stockings, yung mga kasabay ko before wala silang stockings. Hope this helps 😊
Hi question for the BMI, is it necessary to really be within the range?
Hiii di naman sya required, as long as you look healthy goods na yon. Mas okay lang if nasa range para sure na healthy to perform yung mga safety drills and such. Hope this helps 😅
