- ARTMS just dropped their MV (like a week ago) and I'm really happy about their Debut overall. I mean they just outsold Flip That which was an OT12 Album, which is crazy cool! And I loved creating the thumbnail for this video lol ^^
I feel really exited to find out where the lore is going from here, since I feel like this MV was a Prequal to the Birth MV and if we might get an OT12 comeback in the second half of the year! TT
I still have to look into the connection to YYXY and the Eden cards, because I didn't have much time to look at the Album overall (but I really love the new songs that we got and VA is one of my favorite comebacks this far!)
But I am really exited for Chuus comeback and I want to make a Loona comeback predictions video where I explain how they could tie the Loossemble ARTMS Yves and Chuu lores together into one Loonaverse!

This might be a little random but one thing I really like about this “new” lore is how prominent Vivi seems to be. I mean we are not sure if the deer creature is actually related to ViVi, but it would be SO much cooler if it is. Also the LOOBLE lore is also very ViVi centered I’m glad she is finally getting centered since I have a little theory about ViVi and her role in the LOONAVerse
Especially since she always was such an important player in the story, but just like Gowon she just didn't get to shine much... TT
I feel like since their theme is revolving around the y2k era, the wild cut scenes and the subliminal message imagery reminds me of the days where we quickly change through channels and get bombarded with information.

There is LOONA lore and new story line. But from my perspective, it’s literally how we as a society get information and how quickly we change channels, or how quickly we swipe through pages, etc.
The girls we see with the light sticks are the original motifs as WE are LOONA, All LOONAS around the world.
We support OT12 and through their growth, we are growing with them irl.
The girl with camera standing alone at the end kind of reminds me of hyeju standing alone in love4eva and in so what. Kind of like how the hyeju chose not to leave eden and not to believe yves lies, it seems like that girl wasn't influenced by artms (vitual angels). Especially because the song mentions eden, it makes me think the girls who jumped were trying to reach "eden" the place yyxy was so desperate to escape. Idk tho
Well, by now, we all know that yyxy are the same entity and hyeju is anger i think love forever is the trapped members emotions in eden and in the one mv the one who made the ultimate sin is hyeju I.e eating the apple

I do think that there could be a connection, like YYXY knew how evil Eden is so they tried to exit, but these girls have no idea (Because they're being manipulated) and try their best to reach a place that is evil.
Also the girl is actually kissing Choerry, look at her bangs and her eye contacts
I notice there are so many references to yyxy... I think their story in eden is so much important to the loonaverse, but they didn't had a repackage album with more clues. 😢
I can only imagine what had happen if yyxy sign in Modhaus with JJ.

Well JJ mentioned wanting to do more with the sub-units, so maybe even if the members are not under one company they could tell this story through a group Album as well! (since the companies seem to at least work together somewhat) ^^

A fact about pyramids is that they were seen as a gateaway to the divine and the afterlife and also a conecction between earth and heaven. We see an upside down pyramid in the mv
I mean the pyramids were believed to guide the souls to heaven, but when they are upside down... maybe they will lead you to hell! ^^
In the Louvre there is a big inverted pyramid serving as a piece of art and light source. Right underneath it there is a small pyramid kind of mirroring it. I think the inverted pyramid in the MV could be a sign of the evil artms entity controlling the girls. In the da vinci code the inverted pyramid is perceived as a feminine symbol and the pyramid below is a masculine symbol therefore expressing the union of sexes. I don't know if this is relevant to the lore but it definitely could be.

And also no, it's not the first introduction of men because we had a man in Hyunjin's Around You MV, 3 Princes and 1 Frog man in Yeojin's Kiss Later MV, boys in the So What! MV, men with guns in Not Friends MV, their army in PTT MV and also in Odd Eye Circle's Air Force One MV, you could even Also include Haseul's boy self from Let Me In MV...I just think that those sightings can't simply just be for show and kpop in general you know? I think there's purpose to them...oh and also the guy in Sensitive stalking Loossemble...there's probably more that I'm missing like the Boy that is actually Yves from Vivi's Every Day I Love You MV and also the group around Yves in New MV...

In my theory all of the boys this far in the story have been metaphors for other members.
In Hyunjins Around You my theory was that the boy is just a metaphor for Gowon, since we know that in the MV Hyunjin picks up Gowons bracelet, so she maybe is talking about being to shy to talk to Gowon(?)
Then the 3 princes to me were a reference to 3H, since Heejin, Hyunjin and Haseul are friends with Yeojin, my theory was that Yeojin is in Eden and her friends have to change her mind so that she can leave Eden behind!
And the boys in the post Butterfly Mvs seem to have been added by BBC rather then being cannon to the original Loona lore. :/
So to me this is the first time we see boys that are just that... boys. Instead of being some type of metaphor for other members.
This also connects to my theory of members from Eden and Earth seeing one another as opposites also effecting their gender.
Like Haseul seeing her boy version in her MV being one of the YYXY members instead of literally being a boy version of Haseul, you know what I mean? ^^
Somehow Virtual Angel MV reminds me of the lyrics of "The Sound of Silence" by Simon & Garfunkel: darkness, the vision that planted in the brain, flashing lights, neon gods.
I have to say it, I think the Fake is using Vivi like we see in Girls Night and these cult members are Hyeju's pack from Why Not? and So What!

I love that at this point LOOΠ∆ has a few moments of "you have to die (or be killed) first in order to do this", such a cute silly lore! 😂 Though most of the times IMO I think it was to escape Eden (ViVi, maybe Hyeju) and the death of the 5 girls in the MV was to give power to the light being, but maybe the girls went somewhere or got transformed too...
Haha, yeah that is messed up, but also kind of funny. Looking at love4eva is so funny to me for this exact reason! The song is kind of cute, but the MV has these really dark sad scenes...😅

@@florastel I definitely agree, I wonder now that Yves has decided to go solo will she ever reunite with Loona. its too hard to tell this early but i noticed her comeback felt much more like her leaving loona when she said how she consulted the members and felt like it was right for her to go solo.
@@guppy9161 Well, we don't really know what is going on inside Yves head, but I feel pretty strongly about the members not wanting to step away from the group 100%. Like, Yves wants to go solo to get a chance to showcase her talent and her creativity, but that doesn't mean that she wants to distance herself from her members, at least that is what I think. ^^
Personally I think that the fallen angels in the end of the mv are not the ones we see all throughout the video. The reasoning is that there are 5 girls trying to copy/become ARTMS (this is my theory) and u only see 4 girls fall(u can see this in the human eye ver). The only explanation I could think of is that the camera girl WAS part of a similar group before the mv took place. I think what happened was: camera girl was in a group of 4 others worhipping and copying ARTMS. 4 of the girls tried to become ARTMS (we can see an example of this when the girls all turn white at the end of the mv) but failed and camera girl is the last one alive. Camera girl then tries to help these other 5 girls become ARTMS by filming them and guiding them through the way to ARTMS/their Eden(hinted in lyrics). Then at the end of the mv camera girl fulfilled her mission and was able to record the new girls trying to become ARTMS while she watches and worships ARTMS in her way, being the watcher.
I think ARTMS are manipulating her into doing this because, well where did the recording we see of ARTMS come from? The only person in the mv that could’ve recorded a film is camera girl. I think ARTMS manipulated her into doing their bidding because they can’t/don’t want to(?). I think ARTMS using the specific lyrics “I’ll be there for you when your wings break. Letting go of you that’s a heartbreak” hints at this aswell since camera girl doesn’t have wings (from losing them previously) and ARTMS want to be there for her because she lost her wings. And that they can’t let go of her just yet.
the light being is ARTMS. the members say this during their mv reaction to "birth". you dont need to call it "the light being". it is ARTMS. this might help with your theories.
I don't think that contradicts this theory because the artms members are 5 pieces of the real artemis but there also seems to be an alternate artms and seemingly the light being is the fake (since heejin is scared of her etc.) and we only see the real one in the images of her being killed not as the glowy person
It helps me with distinguishing between the different goddesses, which is why I call her light being or fake goddess or fake Artemis sometimes, so she is Artemis, but just a different version of her, you know? ^^

Oh right, there’s one more thing about ViVi, during a fancall or something?? A fan asked her about the red eyes ViVi possessed, she gave 2 options, one that ViVi might actually be controlled by the aliens or two ViVi went mad at the aliens for kidnapping Yeojin. And as if turns out, ViVi said she WENT mad and felt the revenge of the aliens who kidnapped Yeojin, it was unreal 😳. What do you think about this???
This one was really difficult, especially because I started working on the video with the normal MV and I had to cut every little clip together, so I'm happy that they released the human version! TT

Ugggghhhh I loved this so much! I've been wanting for it since the mv dropped lmao😭🤍 Anyways, here are some other things that I noticed!
- As you mentioned, be not afraid is a Bible reference, but in the mv we can also see an upside down pyramid/triangle which is GoWons representative shape. GoWon was the 11th member and the be not afraid phrase was mentioned in the book of Luke by an angel to 2 persons, one of them, Zechariah, the 11th minor prophet! Maybe this is a little reached out hahaha but I think is a cool detail.
-The artms lighstick is seen many times all trough out the video, one of those times is when the 'fake' artms members are doing a kind of ritual, puting the lighsticks up in the air and making one of the girls fly; This leads me to the fact that in the box of the lighstick it says "hold it high to the shining stars find the path in the beam of light". Maybe is a Easter egg? A reference? I would like to know your opinion cause i think is interesting and might meant something!
- What if Vivi was the one recording everything? You mentioned this in the video and I really loved the idea of that, so I was thinking and got to the conclusion of what if Vivi was also the one recording Jinsoul in the singing in the rain m/v? After all, Jinsoul was the one that appeared in the "letter to Hong Kong" video and Vivi has always been really related to cameras, she holding one when Yeojin disappeared in girls night so maybe she was also recording these or maybe is a representation.
-Talking about representations, what if one of the girls is supposed to represent Hyeju? In the Egoist m/v we can se Hyeju on the floor with feathers around her, similar to the scenes of the girls laying on the floor after jumping in the virtual angel mv (also, Hyeju jumped from a ¿trampoline? In Hi High!) and in the Egoist video there is a clip with a neon sign in the background that says "fallen angel" in Japanese
-At the start of the music video there is a girl with a Japanese tattoo in her arm, it says "This is Eden/I am Eden"

-This is quite interesting! I mean they probably wanted to do something cute for the people buying the lightstick (like imagine having your lightstick and being able to hold it up during the MV, that would be kind of cute lol). But other than this, this could also be a call back to Hi High and Butterfly, which both used the imagery of flying, so maybe the goddess is able to make the girls fly, and uses this to mimic the way the Loona members made the Loonas around the world fly after the Butterfly MV? This would also explain the girl on the rooftop in the teaser for Butterfly and then Burn...
-Yes, I do believe that Vivi could be the one filming Jinsoul during singing in the rain. In my theory Vivi and Jinsoul have a much closer connection in the lore (you can watch my theory video on Hi High and Butterfly, but basically I believe that Vivi and Jinsoul were in Eden once and that Vivi lost her memories partly because of Jinsoul. Jinsoul is able to move between realms because of her odd eye powers, but Vivi wasn't. So what if Jinsoul took Vivi to earth, but because she didn't eat her assigned fruit, but instead only Jinsouls cherries, she lost her memories and had to be put into an android body.)
So yeah, Vivi and Jinsoul to me are one of the most underrated but important friend couples in the lore.
And letter to hong kong is another really interesting piece that I will explain in one of my upcoming videos, because I believe that the cinema theory videos are more important to the lore then we sometimes think! ^^
-Hyeju being a “fallen angel” to me always felt like a metaphor for her giving up on being “the perfect girl” in Eden. I think all of the YYXY members had to learn in Eden that their worth is only dependent on how perfect they are in the eyes of Eden. So when Hyeju exited Eden she gave up on her place in “heaven” and became a fallen angel, you know?
But I feel like the girls in this MV go through some similar feelings. Remember how the only girl surviving this MV looks “normal”? It feels like these girls wanted to be perfect for their goddess as well, but unlike Hyeju, who gave up this spot to exit Eden and become her own independent person, these girls fall for the goddess trap and give up their own selves to become their angels. At the end they don't overcome their feelings, but feed into them, they even bully the only girl that keeps her own look and doesn't assimilate, so at the end they all fall to the ground, becoming real “fallen angels” if you know what I mean...

Feels like all is happening again but at the same time or at a much faster pace or half the events happening to the Loonas around the world/other universe/other side of the moon/mobius strip/Klein bottle and the other half of events is happening to the Loona girls themselves but split amongst them ya know??

My only complain is that people say that there wasn’t a trigger warning for people that can’t watch content with flashing lights. There was a warning. If you activate the captions a large message appears before the mv plays, it something along the lines of “stop watching immediately if you suffer from a condition”. That’s why before the original version plays there’s this random black screen at the beginning.
You're right, but when I first watched the video I didn't activate the sub-titles, because sometimes this obstructs the viewing experience. Luckily I do not have epilepsy or something like that, but somebody that has these struggles sometimes feels left out of these experiences, because they have to worry if a video might cause an issue. So I'm only trying to preach compassion for people who struggle with things like these! ^^
But I do remember this massage being added some time after the release. At least I remember the black screen and text weren't there when I rewatched the video with subtitles after the premiere. But I could be wrong. :/
Copy pasting my comment from another analysis video, but here is my theory of what's happening (as someone who was never a Loona fan and therefore has no knowledge of the Loonaverse to make any connections to it): I interpreted it as a critique of idol parasocial relationships. The girls are worshipping ARTMS like gods and trying to emulate them to be empowered and badass etc., while the group isn't actually in any contact with them ("Virtual" Angel) The group is encouraging this with the "I'll be there for you" lyrics, but they're blissfully unaware up in their heaven while the girls possibly lost their lives when they went too far with zeal in the scene where they "channelled" the members/ the goddess.
Possible theory: that event caused the members to suddenly realize the harm they caused inadvertently. Could be why Heejin is upset when she sees the Artemis figure at the end of Birth, it reminds her of that event. The girls are only seen unconscious/ maybe dead after the channelling scene, and I'm pretty sure the crosses in the sky can't be anything good.
Something that I think is being ignored (and it is very in the face) is the edition of the MV, it is aggressively symbolic, the cuts are made to the rhythm of the song, intentionally overwhelming the viewer with images (the MV is not suitable for human beings), two dimensions are colliding and alternate.
I think the girl with the camera is Vivi, and the MV is her point of view, that could explain the aesthetic of the MV edition? adroid view? and all the related symbology (the camera, the deer (prey animal), the boy (love), the dance machine)
"Angels" can only be seen through technological media. I believe that the girls with wings in the end saw ARTMS without the filter of technology, and suffered the consequences?
The cult of Artemis (composed of virgins young girls) is known for using bows and arrows, this goddess was always armed with them, being capable of instantly killing women and young girls.
Recently Jaden said that the MV is about the relationship of love between fan and idol and how it is given through technological means. (such as the parasocial love of "dito - nwjs")

19:23 only minor context. Good people being saved and bad people being judged isn't necessarily accurate to what we christians believe. "None are good,except God/christ" in scripture. The whole point is that we recognize our sin or "badness" and that we can't save ourselves. Coming to the realization & Having real genuine faith in God is all that is needed to be saved. Not by just doing good works. There is a biblical concept of a good tree cannot produce bad fruit. What this means is, Because God is good and real faith in God is good, you will naturally change as a person and produce good works.
Furthermore, there is also the phrase "faith without works is dead" which means good works alone without faith wont save you. This is also one of the ways to discern a saved person from a non saved person. If that person does good works/produces good fruit in Gods eyes (not the worlds/societies eyes. In short, faith comes first, then repentance,then "good" works. Such as charity, forgiveness,patience etc. This post was just to clarify that REAL christians or believers shouldn't claim to be "good" and never accept being called good by others. Simply because the bible is clear that we are supposed to be "lower" than and serve others before ourselves in this life. We shouldn't compromise on our beliefs though in the process of serving others though. In short, broken people who see a need for the savior are the ones who will be saved.

@@florastel no worries I love your videos so much. As you said, in pop culture and media Christianity is often portrayed as a self righteous dominating force with no grey area. Largely due to the negative influence of the Catholic church historically and modern westernized theology that put themselves at the center of everything and use God to gain power and deceive people. Just wanted to point out the bible also says "Not everyone who calls me "LORD" will inherit the kingdom of heaven" and "depart from me, I never knew you". These verses are Jesus/God referring to so called christians who didn't really believe and deceived people, used God to justify horrible acts in history, hypocrites, etc. What you said was accurate to the religious symbolism provided in the Loona lore though because the lore is based on the kind of "surface level" Christianity portrayed in media. No need to change anything about your videos. KEEP IT UP! ,✌️😁
