    Can you guys seriously stop moaning about his calves or legs, i'm pretty damn sure he's still way stronger than most of you. He's been doing calisthenics for quite awhile. Trains for strength, so that means he's not so much of a bodybuilder. He puts in way more work than anyone commenting bullshit. What do you have to offer? Literally, no pictures no nothing. At least he's confident enough to show what he's all about, and knows his flaws. You guys ain't perfect either, so quit watching and go do something for yourself instead of being a keyboard warrior. Like come on, we all know you're a lowkey fanboy

      I know the reason why he has skinny legs, he has a whole video on it. But it lowkeys looks funny how thin his legs are compaired to his upper body

      Actually his legs are not as thin as other bodybuilders who skip leg day because calisthenics also contain squats and cardio but don’t include explosive legs for aesthetics but only for lower body strength

    I wish you went more into the leg movements, as that’s where I trip up. My walk is often too big and doesn’t match the distance of how far my body is being pulled up

    Wish I was as ripped as you, I've been going to the gym for 6-7 months, and now weigh 10 stone when I used to weigh 12.5stone, I have a 4 pack but the most annoying thing to get rid of is the lower ab fat😒 any suggestions

      You only get rid of it if you diet or exercise so much that you're in a caloric deficit.

    Hey Austin nice tutorial vid! I guess I need to develop more strength and control throughout the range of motion before I start applying this, can only do about 5 clean reps in a row.
    Question - have you tried out explosive calf training? Like soccer player or football (NFL) type calf training? Maybe it's those bursts of explosive power that you need to develop them puppies. All soccer players seem to have great calves regardless of body type, race, or genetic predisposition to getting big. Just a suggestion! Peace!
