I wish you went more into the leg movements, as that’s where I trip up. My walk is often too big and doesn’t match the distance of how far my body is being pulled up

Hey Austin nice tutorial vid! I guess I need to develop more strength and control throughout the range of motion before I start applying this, can only do about 5 clean reps in a row. Question - have you tried out explosive calf training? Like soccer player or football (NFL) type calf training? Maybe it's those bursts of explosive power that you need to develop them puppies. All soccer players seem to have great calves regardless of body type, race, or genetic predisposition to getting big. Just a suggestion! Peace!

You only get rid of it if you diet or exercise so much that you're in a caloric deficit.
