Scotty went to my grandmas church in Garner NC (his hometown) and i remember meeting him after service after he won american idol. He's a great guy. Also his song "five more minutes" is my favorite song from him Love this song and reaction!

This video was filmed in my hometown. It’s at a place called The Twickenham House in Ashe County, NC. It is a huge wedding venue and we have a lot of famous people coming here for their wedding. It’s is absolutely breathtaking.
Scotty is awesome & has several great hits. I like one that's fairly new called 'Damn Strait'. The song lyrics are made up of tons of George Strait's song titles & lyrics. Very cool song. If you are familiar with George's songs, it's even more fun. ~ Another cool wedding video/song is the official video for the band Old Dominion & their song 'Speechless'. The song is friggin' amazing & they have clips from both weddings, of the two guys that make up the group. A must see.

If you don't know about Scotty, is that he won season 10 ( I think) of American Idol. His career started off ok with two minor hit, before a bomb of a song gave Scotty the decision to part ways with the label he was in. Which Scotty then took time to get some college done as a backup plan, before singing with a independent label, where he released a song called "5 more minutes" and then the next was this song, and both were big hits (and if I'm not mistaken both reached number one in the country charts), which is HUGE for a independent label (let alone an artist themselves) to get back to back number ones!

There is another Artist with a song titled " This Is It" that is quite inspirational. Kenny Loggins wrote it. It can have a lot of different meanings for people, but I believe it was for his father going thru cancer at the time.
