Why would you marry a person on the suggestion of an employer? That’s either really stupid or just using another person’s life decision for fame and ambition. No wonder Jason was so mean during the divorce. I’m guessing he was extremely hurt and wanted to hurt her back, as much as she was. However, Bethany got her “good “ TV and sympathy from the audience. I really feel sorry for Jason after hearing this. “Nothing personal, just business. Marrying Bethany turned out to be toxic from the very beginning of their married life. And now she comes out with this excuse for marrying Jason!!! She may not have loved him. Poor Jason. Bethany is just a cliché and she certainly can’t stop coming out with them.

Honestly just watched her show for some random reason and truth is she was, while subtle, extremely psychologically manipulative with him. Even their main wedding picture didn’t include his entire face. They were awful to each other.

Bethany has a huge heart and has done A LOT of good for the world thru her charity. She cuts to the chase and gets money and goods to those in dire need right when they need it the most. With that said, I think that she pushes people away by being brash and is a lot more sensitive than people realize. She may also be a narcissist to some degree. Second, "with that said," Jason turned out psycho and (I believe) was arrested for harassment. He could not let this go, seemed very insecure, and went after HER $$. No real man does that. This is not good and bad, they both have faults and good traits. Bet she feels set up by Andy on the show with Jeff Lewis and is now going after him. She may have been.
