      This is a legendary video and you should definitely keep up the training also just a tip if you want to test your time again increasing your hip and shoulder mobility and making a few minor tweaks to your form can go a really long way! From seeing the you got an 11.6 with your slightly restricted sprinting form I can see you have alot of power in your strides you might be able to break 10.6 with more repetition and a better form😌😮‍💨💯

    Fake. Timed everything, from your fly time, to your start, and your entire race. You ran 12.3 without reaction time. Apart from the lies, this is a good 0.3 improvement you made.

      Finally someone noticing. I actually synced up his race clock to an actual timer using the coaches eye app and his clock is running half a second too slow by the time it cuts away at around 8s. Imaging actually adjusting the speed of a clock, embarrassing. Besides, as a sprinter myself, you only have to watch his rep to know it's nowhere near an 11.6.

    Love it man! Sled sprints probably helped you the most as muscle dominant athletes tend to get better doing more muscle dominant things.

      @@goodebening6564 working on your weakness is very important too, and no undoubtedly he did. But, with sprinting you have 3 types of athletes. You have the twitchy elastic athletes, the hybrid athletes, and the power athletes. Sled sprints are really beneficial for power athletes as its making sure they can put that power into the track and in the correct direction. If you read that all, hope it helps.

    One tip to make the starts look a little less awkward is to keep your head facing down and let it come up gradually with your upper body

    That’s not an 11.6 even WITHOUT reaction time and proper timing. And it’s not even in an actual meet where nerves and mentality affect your race tremendously. But you still improved by a huge amount in 30 days which is impressive.

    Yes, Sprinters have the best physiques.
    The only athletes that come close are gymnasts.

    That first time run and improved time are impessive times for a relatively newcomer Troy!
    My PB was 10.82s for the 100m in comp electronically recorded, i wish id had the access to all this advice and nutritioning etc at the time, who knows how much faster that time could have been

    After Quincy Hall's amazing performance you could see how fast you could get in the 400m race (hardest race)? lol. dope video though. I'm moving to NYC soon and can't wait to hit some track workouts again. Sprinting is the best!

    I did my very first sprint workout on a hill like 4 days ago. I never skip leg day, but this workout messed up my legs, abs and butt.
    Watching this video right before I can finally go train again

    i think your recorded time is fake, you don't seem this fast. Maybe this is 12.2 seconds but 11.65 is just unbelievable to be honest... i am not that fast and my pb (with reaction time included) is 11.75. I can race u everyday all day (in my sleep) and will 1000% beat you

    Great work t... I'm new to the alpha lion family. Been using the protein only for two months and great results. I ordered more protein yesterday plus the post workout for the first time how would you recommend me to combine both don't know if I should take the post immediately after work and protein with my meal after I usually wait 30 minutes whats your opinion

    Im so jealous of people who have a track available for adults to use. The only ones near me are at schools and they all say no trespassing and that there are cameras. I feel like I should just sneak in anyway

    also my man sustained running is excellent for neuroplasticity due to its impact on BDNF and overall cardiovascular health. not sprinting sprinting is the highest in Best for dopamine, testosterone, and quick bursts of brain activity not BDNF and even longer run grow Nerve Growth Factor which is very hard to find to grow that sprinting is only good for sharp clear mind but not for high prefoming logical etc if you know what i means sprinting only makes you good at what you call willpower**

    It's odd to me that sub 12 would have won a gold medal in 1893... I don't believe there wasn't an athletic dude in 1893 who could run under 11 seconds. It doesnt make sense.

      They had cinder tracks with stop watches in those days, didn't have the spikes or outfits like today, didn't train or eat or have supplements like today's athletes which is probably why plus sport in Victorian times was more for the upper classes rather than open to all unfortunately

    Honestly speaking, Running is not that simple the way it looks . Its very very complex. But still track and field athletes don't get paid well neither fan following nothing.😢

    Timing is off first test was more like 13 flat barely and last test was maybe 12.6 just judging bye eye I’m sure others have noticed the same and even times it themselves properly

    Impossible to get faster after 30 if you're already at your fitness peak ffs .. obviously, if you decide to start sprinting after 30 without proor training, there will be vast improvement possible.
