I had this one for a while before I gave it to my dad since he needed something with better range. The bluetooth range is extremely impressive. It’s able to reach almost every room in my home. It’s nice that it lets you know when out of range. I did have the ambient probe go bad once and the customer service was easy to work with and after doing a cold and hot water test they sent me a new one. Needless to say, I test all my probes of any brand now.
I like it so far it seems like a nice thermometer especially for the price. I am going to give it a go this weekend in my next video to see how it performs. Take care!

I am actually upgrading my instant read thermometer to the ThermoWorks One because I grill a lot and I do SCA comps... I feel I need faster readings and more accuracy... that comes with a price. The digital display really isn’t that bad. I just cooked with it today and the display was bright enough and also I find having the temp displayed on my phone was especially handy while I was inside. For the cost I think it is a really good value. Take care Johnny!
Great Video, I have the IBT-4Xs. I wrestle with where to place my ambient temperture probe when smoking. do you put it near the fire, Away from the fire, near the back? I mainly place mine on the side Maybe you can do a video on probe placement while using the Inkbird products.

I think it is a great value for the money. It is under 50 bucks. There is a link in the description.... that being said... this Saturday I will release a video of the inkbird WIFi thermometer... it’s twice as much.. but has better features. I would definitely get this one again though especially if you are just going to monitor temp from around the house.
@@NoBSBeardReviews just go with this one then. The main unit will keep track of the cook... even if you lose Bluetooth connection with your phone... once you get back to Bluetooth range it will reconnect automatically.
I think this one is 51 dollars... which really is inexpensive for what you get out of the box. I think for 51 dollars... this thermometer is hard to beat!
