Slap a ATT Sim card in it and hit system update. ATT won't update unless it's active on network

I bought an used v60 few day's back, currently its in android 11 but there's some update showing, but when i go to update is says "couldn't update, installation problem" do you have any idea how to fix it

@@memetik63 strange, I have T-Mobile as well and it up to Android 13. I would say do a factory reset and then hit update, unfortunately
