Beautiful card! FYI: I'm an Arizona native. I lived in the Phoenix Metro area until I retired. Now I live near Sedona. I've seen snow in Phx, Scottsdale, and Cave Creek (all in the desert). We've gotten snow here in the Verde Valley several times even though we're over 100 in the summer. 😉
