I think this is my favorite build I've seen on your channel. Just slightly (more like wildly lol) out of my price range. Only major things I didn't like is a barn door, especially for the master bathroom, would be a hard no for me and the weird gap between the top floor bathroom vanity and the wall.
Lol I thought the same thing on that top floor vanity gap! Definitely my top three for me, I think the ones that make it hard is the Kensington from Overstreet Builders because of the Master Bathroom and closet and the Parker IV from DJK because of that entire movie theater thing is crazy.
