american radio play will never have a justified balance in it. this song also sounds nothing like anything ive ever heard on the radio (which is very sad because i like hearing and being shown new sounds and artists)
the last third gives a 90s ish vibe but overall i think the song is just obscure

first time I ever heard this band was at a grouplove show. most people I talked to there didn't seem to impressed with Dilly dally. I fucking loved them! this song sold me. that part where she screams, fucking perfect!

I was first introduced to their music at the South Western International Film Festival (SWIFF), in Sarnia, Ontario. In November of 2019. I picked up two of their LPs. Heaven and Sore.

Kvzjx2 Dilly Dally was great! Nobody really knew the music which was kinda sad :( but I was singing along. They sang about 7-8 songs. Got to chat with Katie after the show , she was really nice. I'd love to see them again if they ever come back to LA

Yea, there is a little bit if Where is My Mind in the chorus, and plenty of Frank Black and Joey Santiago sprinkled all over the place. But I'm not complaining. It's the closest thing to the Pixies besides the Pixies.
I'd say the current music landscape is in dire need of some Pixies influence. I, for one, welcome our new soft grunge players.
